The beef rolls were tender and juicy, the tomatoes were sweet and sour, and the corn kernels mixed with the rice looked delicious. And then there's the delicious braised pork rice, with pickled cabbage, chopped red peppers, round red bell peppers, and my absolute favorite pork belly. The gravy wrapped around the rice was incredibly fragrant. The water-ground rice cakes were delicate, supple, and not sticky, paired with the sweet and spicy sauce. Brother and Sister are truly amazing! They always have new dishes. I went with friends this time. Seeing they had something new, I decided to give it a try. I have to say, the plum blossom pork skewers are really nice 👍. They suit my taste perfectly, and the Moroccan garlic flavor is incredible. They're quite large and affordable, with a firm, chewy texture. The aftertaste is also incredibly fragrant. I also ordered their tomato 🍅 crispy pork and potato noodles. The tomato broth is rich and tart, which is my favorite. 🤩 The crispy pork was large and generous, soaking up the broth. One bowl was a complete feast! Local friends told me that the same delicacy can taste slightly different in different restaurants. Before coming to this potato noodle shop, I'd been eating beef, lamb, meat, noodles, flatbreads, and steamed buns every day. As a southerner, the flavors were already a bit overwhelming.
