This restaurant is probably the best Henan cuisine I&#39;ve ever eaten. The soup with four treasures (chicken inside duck, pigeon inside chicken, quail inside pigeon and eight treasures inside quail) is clear but flavorful. I didn&#39;t expect the roast duck to be very good. The big carp from the Yellow River and the eight pieces of Henan cuisine are impeccable. If you go to Henan, you can try this restaurant.

There is no need to say much about the taste, all the recipes are unified. The key is whether the children like it. Le Store is connected to the shopping mall and has a large flow of customers. It is found that some people often rest at the seats without ordering anything, which causes people who order food to sometimes have to queue up for a seat. It does not mean that the store is bad, it reflects the problems of other people. There is no problem with the service.

This store has been open for a few years, and it&#39;s pretty good that it&#39;s still operating. The prices are relatively affordable, but the service quality is not as good as HDL. There is still a lot of traffic. I haven&#39;t been there recently due to the epidemic, but it&#39;s generally okay.

It turns out that Henan cuisine really comes down to Xinyang. It&#39;s not only delicious but also incredibly healthy, and every dish is a classic.

I highly recommend the Xinyang Nanwan Daxiong Fish (Chopped Pepper Fish Head + Fish Ball Soup). The fish head is incredibly large, weighing at least two pounds. It&#39;s fresh, spicy, and incredibly flavorful! The fish ball soup is also delicious, and the balls are so tender and chewy that you can&#39;t stop eating!

They also have the Braised Eel with Cured Pork. The bacon is thinly sliced, with a nice balance of fat and lean meat. Combined with the tender, crispy eel, the combination of the two ingredients creates a richer flavor and is incredibly delicious!

Every dish I ordered was delicious. I&#39;ll definitely be choosing this restaurant for my next family gathering!
