The Ruhe Road Night Market is inside the Ruhe Road residential complex. dddd did some research before going because I&#39;d heard it had been renovated, so I wasn&#39;t sure if the delicious restaurants were still there. But when I got there, I was not disappointed! It was definitely not as crowded as before (before, the whole street was filled with small tables and people).
I saw recommendations online for almond tea, seafood, and chicken heads. I didn&#39;t try the seafood spot because it wasn&#39;t crowded (and I had recently had seafood).
⭐The most crowded place was [Liang San Chicken Head] (walk straight inside after entering the main gate). There was a bit of a wait...
We ordered everything from the menu, but some items, like the chicken liver, were sold out. I didn&#39;t take a picture of the chicken heads, but my friend said they were very sticky. You can order almost anything without blinking, and everything tastes pretty good. Many people ordered the rice noodles without chili (chicken soup rice noodles), which were delicious with the chicken. We ordered the soup dumplings, which were pretty ordinary (the dumplings themselves were also bland, probably to complement the chicken).
⭐[Fu Ji Almond Tea] As soon as you enter the community, you&#39;ll see a bowl full of ingredients. It&#39;s very flavorful, and of course, there&#39;s a lot of sugar (which doesn&#39;t matter). It seems to be made with brown sugar, and the color is different from other places.
