Weijialiangpi (huayuanlu)

Weijia Liangpi (Huayuan Road Branch) is located 60 meters south of the intersection of Huayuan Road and Hongzhuan Road in Jinshui District, Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, 630 meters walk from Exit D of Huanghe Road Station on Metro Line 2, near Zhonghuan Department Store. After visiting Zhonghuan Department Store, you can come and taste Weijia Liangpi next to it. I used to like to order sesame sauce Liangpi, but today I changed to two mixed flavors to change the taste. Sure enough, the pepper is fragrant but not spicy, and there are mung bean sprouts in it, which is crunchy when chewed. There is no sesame sauce, only chili and vinegar as seasoning, which is also delicious. In addition to Liangpi, Weijia Liangpi is also famous for its Baiji steamed bun with meat, rice noodles, and tofu soup.

Weijia Liangpi Huayuan Road Store is located on the north side of the Central Department Store on Huayuan Road. The store is not big, but the environment is good. The rice skin, dough skin, and Roujiamo taste very good. The Roujiamo is expensive and not affordable.
