Stewed noodles are a traditional snack with meat, vegetables, soup, vegetables and rice. They are famous in the Central Plains and all over the country for their delicious taste and economical price. Some families even take it as their staple food and have it every now and then. Stewed noodles are so delicious that they are of course very exquisite to make. Split the sheep bones, add tender lamb meat, boil over high heat, and simmer over low heat. Because of the bone marrow, the soup is as white as jade, and seven or eight Chinese medicines are added, so it is called white soup, which has extremely high nutritional value.

The braised pork elbow is rich and delicious, with a plump taste and a smooth texture. The roast duck has tender meat and crispy skin, which is delicious. The wild carp has firm meat and a good taste.
