TheForkUserChose this restaurant as they allow dogs. But what a find! We were slightly early at 19.00 so waiters very attentive but busier by 19.45. The staff were friendly and informative. The manager/chef an excellent patron. The food was delicious, excellent quality, superbly cooked. Some Intriguing combinations that worked well. Price at the higher end but definitely worth it. TheForkUserMy husband and I enjoyed this restaurant while staying in Sedan. It was very close and an easy drive. The one dining room had large windows that overlooked a lovely setting and was very cheerful on a cloudy day. I had trout that was delicious but I should have asked the chef to debone it for me. The cheesecake was light and fluffy. I easily recommend this restaurant.La Principauté
