The breakfast portions are massive, seriously! We came here before a long day exploring and it kept us full until the evening. Great for a group of friends needing fuel.

The Turkish eggs were great, and the cheesecake portion was spot on for sharing. A glass of crisp white wine would have been a nice touch with the eggs.

The Mediterranean platter was pretty good. They also have a few decent vegan choices, which is nice.

The coffee is so smooth, really one of the best in town. I appreciate that they source their beans locally. The staff are lovely, always happy to chat. A nice spot for a quiet morning.

Dog-friendly, which is a win. Their house blend was decent, but the real find was a small-batch Colombian roast they had for sale. Bought a bag to take home. The beans are a bit pricier than my usual spot, but the flavour profile is interesting.

Grabbed a smoked salmon sandwich and veg soup for the West Highland Way. The sandwich was generously filled, and the soup portion was huge. For the price, it kept me going for hours. Perfect for a hike.

Nice spot to unwind after the trail. The atmosphere is relaxed, just right for a pint. I had a local ale with my burger – the pairing worked well. A solid choice for a casual drink and a bite.

Came with a group of 12 for a work dinner. Staff handled the large booking smoothly, no fuss. The chicken Milanese was good, crispy outside and tender. Service was efficient, which is what you need with a big table.

The beef Wellington for two was spot on. Live piano in the background was a nice touch.

I love how fresh the avocado was on the toast here. It was perfectly ripe and the portion was generous. The coffee was a nice complement. The space itself felt very clean and bright, which I always appreciate.

The giant breakfast bap was pretty good, with really fresh ingredients. It's a decent portion for the price, though the coffee was just okay.

Solid deli for a quick lunch. Grabbed a pastrami on rye to go. Good quality ingredients, bread was fresh. Convenient location near the office. Price is fair for what you get.

I highly recommend this restaurant for its excellent service and tasty food. Claire went above and beyond to make our meal special.

Came in late for lunch, they were still happy to seat us. The service was really smooth and friendly. My quinoa bowl was fresh and tasty.

A nice spot for a coffee break downtown. The wine list is decent, but the space feels a bit too spread out across the floors.

Decent spot for vegan and gluten-free. Menu is mostly plant-based. Tried the mezze box and fattoush salad. Both were solid, no complaints. The vegan baklava was a good finish. Good for a straightforward meal if you're in the area.

The takeaway window is such a nice touch here. Grabbed a coffee and a pastry on the go, and the whole setup just feels very Stockbridge. It's a simple thing, but it really adds to the neighbourhood vibe.

Nice brunch spot. The French toast with peaches was pretty good, and we got seated quickly even though it was busy.

Lovely little spot for a lazy weekend catch-up. The vibe is just right – cozy and warm, with soft lighting that makes you want to linger. It does get packed on Saturdays, so be ready for a bit of a wait.

Been coming here for years. The staff always greet you with a smile and know the regulars. Makes it feel like a proper local spot.

Had breakfast here before the museum. The coffee was really good, strong and hot. My eggs were cooked just right. It got the morning off to a solid start.

Nice spot for a business lunch. The service was prompt and efficient, which is key for me. The building itself is quite impressive, both inside and out. Food was decent, nothing spectacular, but it got the job done. Good location near the office.

Lovely spot for a coffee after a stroll. The cakes are delicious and the seats by the window are very comfortable.

Love the relaxed, neighbourhood feel here. You can tell it’s a local favourite by the regulars chatting with the staff. That kind of consistent, friendly vibe is what keeps me coming back.

Nice spot for a quick bite. The modern, relaxed vibe is spot on. Had a simple breakfast there, and it was exactly what I needed. Service was quick, which is key for me.

I had an incredible experience at Heron! The attention to detail in both the food and service is remarkable. Every course was a highlight, and I can't wait to return for another tasting menu.

The Mediterranean platter was solid, good flavours. Staff were attentive without being intrusive. Service was prompt, which I appreciate for a business lunch. A bit on the pricier side, but the location is convenient.

The prawn summer rolls were so fresh, packed with herbs and that dipping sauce was just right. I ended up ordering a second portion! The BBQ pork with jasmine rice was solid, too. Really enjoyed the vibe here.
