Solid shawarma spot on Livernois. The portions are huge! I got the chicken plate with fries and salad, and it was more than enough for two meals. The fries were crispy and the garlic sauce was perfect. Only downside is the parking lot gets packed.

The car theme is everywhere, even the napkin rings are radiator hoses. My kids loved it. The beer list is solid, found a nice local IPA that went well with the burgers. A fun spot for a casual family meal.

Nice cozy spot, feels pretty spacious. We were a group of six and had plenty of room. Food was decent, though the service was a bit slow that evening.

The clam chowder is the reason to visit. Clams were cooked well, broth was rich and flavorful. That's the main takeaway from my lunch. Convenient if you're already at Eastern Market.

The signature cocktails are a solid value at $15. The bar area gets lively, but you can find a quiet corner if you prefer.

Been coming here for years. The empanadas are what keep me coming back. The dough is always flaky, and the chorizo filling is just right. Spinach and cheese is solid too. Consistency is key for me.

The braised beef was so tender and full of flavor. I was there for a solo lunch and the cozy, quiet booth by the window was just the right spot for it. Perfect for my gluten-free needs.

The handwritten note on our anniversary was a really nice touch. The 5-cheese board was solid, a good mix of textures and flavors. Service was attentive without being overbearing.

Service here is so nice! Our server was really attentive and gave us great wine recs. The san marzano soup and chicken goulash were delicious, but the focaccia stole the show. Perfect for a chill dinner with friends.

Yeni was super friendly and made our visit nice. They mentioned maybe doing karaoke nights soon, which sounds fun. The service was definitely a highlight.

Belle Island smoothie was solid. Not too sweet, which I appreciate. The ginger added a nice kick. Good for a quick, healthy option near the office.

Came for the lunch special - sandwich and a beer for $14. The portion was huge, I couldn't finish it all. That's a solid deal for the quality you get here.

If you're looking for a nostalgic burger joint, this is the place! It has that classic vibe and the food is consistently good.
