First time trying their chicken shawarma pita. The chicken was so juicy and the garlic sauce was just right. Definitely coming back for that.

The retro diner feel is so fun for hanging out with friends. We grabbed seats at the counter and it was cool watching the cooks work in the open kitchen. The music wasn't too loud, so we could actually hear each other talk! 🍔

Stopped in after a walk on Belle Isle. Parking's easy, they're open late. Got the wings and catfish bites. Wings were solid, but the catfish was a touch too salty for me. Still, a decent spot for a late bite.

Been coming here for decades, and the quality never wavers. I really appreciate how fresh the ingredients taste in their classic dishes. It's that consistency that keeps me coming back for a simple, wholesome meal.

Been coming here for years, and the Fettuccine Alfredo is always spot-on. The salmon too. You can really count on the salads and soups being fresh. It's just a reliable, comfortable spot.

The barista singing out orders was a nice touch. My 'Velvet Veil' latte had a lovely rose flavor, really stood out.

The grilled chicken sandwich was pretty good, and the waffle fries were a decent side. The piano music was a nice touch, though it got a bit loud when the place filled up.

The owner's usually around, and you can tell it makes a difference. The folks at the counter are always nice and helpful, which is a nice touch. Prices are fair for what you get.

Been coming here for years, and the lamb chops are always spot-on. Just the right char, never overdone. That’s what keeps me coming back.

Grilled octopus was so tender, with a nice smoky flavor. The branzino skin was crispy, meat flaky. Both were really good.

Been coming here for years when I'm in town. Their Coney dog is the real deal. You get a good, solid dog with the right chili and onions. Staff is always friendly and quick. It's just a reliable spot.

Been coming here for years. The shrimp egg foo young is always fresh, not greasy like some places. Sweet and sour chicken has that light, tangy sauce. You can taste the difference.

Been coming here for years, and Leah's always the best. Her pulled pork rec never misses—still so juicy and tender, not dry like some places get over time. That's why I keep coming back.
