TheForkUserI have been a regular visitor to Englishes for many years, it is my favourite place to eat in Brighton, when I visit from London. On this occasion I brought a friend to celebrate her 60th birthday. It did not disappoint. The food was delicious as is their house champagne! It was relatively quiet inside the restaurant as the majority of the customers were sitting outside. The service was excellent.

A big shout out to the barman - the pineapple spritz was a delight! When we had finished our meal we moved into the bar area and saw in the New Year with some live music (excellent guitarist!).
