Amazing food and one of the best sangria I’ve ever drank!! Small portions though, but soooo worth it. Lovely ambience and team

Stopped by for dinner during a work trip. Food was fresh and the staff didn't keep me waiting. House dessert was a solid finish. Nothing fancy, but it worked.

The franguinho with fries was a solid plate for the price. Place was packed with locals, always a good sign. Kinda quirky inside with that palm tree growing through the roof, but it works.

Pedro dos Leitões is a must-visit!This iconic restaurant is the first in the world to serve Bairrada-style roasted pig—and it sets the standard. Every time I travel north in Portugal, I make a point to stop here, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. The food is absolutely extraordinary. If you think you’ve tried roasted pig before, think again—nothing compares to the flavor, tenderness, and uniqueness of what they serve here. It’s an unforgettable culinary experience. A true must-try!

The cod à lagareiro was spot on—simple, properly done. Place isn't fancy but felt comfortable. Prices are a bit steep for what it is, though you're paying for honest cooking.

The francesinha was solid—rich sauce, cheese melted just right. Portion was big enough that I didn't need anything else. Service dragged a little, but for the price I can't complain.

Stopped here after the Gaios trail walkways, less than 2 km away. The food was good and the price was fair, making it a convenient choice.

Stopped by this old mill place by the river. Interior's pretty cozy, terrace is nice when the weather cooperates. Grilled cod was solid, starters were the highlight honestly. Service was attentive without being annoying. Only thing is it's a bit pricey for what you get, but the setting makes up for it.

The roast veal with turnip greens was really good, and I liked how they kept the traditional sides simple. Rice pudding and custard for dessert felt like something my grandmother would make. Place was a bit quiet for a Saturday night, but that actually made it easier to enjoy the meal. Solid spot if you want honest local food without fuss.

The waiter was super friendly and took care of us the whole time. Food was tasty and portions were generous for the price 😊

We showed up late and they still let us order before closing. Food was solid, service friendly. Good spot if you're in the area.

Tiny place, packed when I got there. Had the grilled fish and it came out hot, skin crispy, really fresh. Portion was solid for the price. Staff didn't rush me even though they were busy. Just note they only take cash, so come prepared.

Seafood rice needed a heads-up before coming, so I skipped it. Went for the mixed grill and salmon instead. Both were solid. Place was packed, staff looked rushed but handled it okay. Food came out fast enough for a quick lunch stop. Nothing fancy, just decent grub when you're short on time.

The chanfana here is the real deal. Tender, rich, falls right off the bone. Menu changes weekly but that dish is always on it. Portions are hefty too. Place feels proper local, nothing fancy. Just good honest food.

The mixed barbecue was solid—came out hot and well-seasoned. Service was efficient, no complaints there. Decor's a bit rustic for my taste, but that's minor. Fair for the price.

Great restaurant, great wines from the winery, fantastic service, views and ambiance special, definitely recommend.

It's my favorite restaurant in Figueira but this time the menu was not very diversified and they were missing the scallops

The grilled octopus was perfectly charred and tender — clearly they know their seafood. Service lagged a bit, but I didn't really care.

Lovely spot on the terrace, gardens really make it peaceful. Food looked great but service felt a bit rushed. Nice for a quiet midday break.

The double cheeseburger was solid, and the staff really looked after us when we didn’t know the local menu. Sat near the screen for the match, beer was cold, no fuss. Only thing is it got a bit busy later, but we were already settled. Fine spot if you just want an easy meal and a game.

Best meal we had in Figueira, hands down. The steak came exactly as asked and the seafood was fresh. Service kept things moving without hovering. Only downside, place is small so it gets a bit loud.

The owner really knows how to grill. Had the picanha and it came out decent, nice char on it. Place has a local feel, nothing fancy. Service was fine, though it did get a bit busy later.
