Walked in on a busy night, no reservation. They still squeezed us in. Tomato salad starter was the highlight — fresh, actually tasted like tomatoes. Pasta was fine, nothing crazy. Place was loud but whatever. Solid spot if you're in the area.

The vaulted cellar room is what got me—low ceilings, stone walls, felt like eating in an old wine cave. Staff let us take our time, no hovering. Had the tasting menu, couple of dishes really stood out, especially the venison. Cooked properly, nice and pink. Only slight letdown was the dessert, a bit too sweet for my taste. But overall a solid dinner spot.

Stopped by for a late lunch. The space is really nice, airy and bright. Had their take on a classic pasta dish—it was solid, felt familiar but a bit more refined. Service was quick and kept to themselves.

Been coming here for years. The tasting menu is always a solid way to try the local specialties without breaking the bank.

The lunch menu is pretty solid if you eat meat. I went with a friend who's vegetarian though, and she basically had one salad option and a pasta dish to pick from. That's it. Felt a bit bad for her. My plate was good, decent portion for the price. Just wish they'd balance the menu out a bit more.

Just stumbled in for a quick lunch. The Conte Attilio with stracciatella was a nice surprise, not your usual find. Exactly what I needed.

Service was decent, our waitress spoke a few languages and helped with the menu. Sea bass with saffron risotto was pretty good. Just note they only take cash.

The gluten-free roll came out fresh without me even asking. Staff clearly knew their stuff about cross-contamination. Felt safe eating here.

The pizza was so light and easy on the stomach, which is a nice change! I had the margherita and could actually finish the whole thing without feeling heavy. A real find for a casual dinner.

The restaurant is spotless, which I really appreciate. The staff were very friendly and made sure we were comfortable. My pasta was cooked perfectly. A nice, relaxing spot for a quiet meal.

This place offers a fantastic a la carte menu with superior quality sushi compared to typical all-you-can-eat options. It's a bit pricier, but definitely worth it for the experience.

Been coming here for years, and the poke bowl at lunch is still my go-to. Love that you can build it your way with all the fresh stuff. That's what keeps me coming back.

Decent three-course dinner with aperitifs, came to under CHF 130 for three. Terrace view of Lake Maggiore is the real draw. Food was fine, nothing groundbreaking, but fair for the price.

The omelette came out fluffy, not overcooked. French toast had that nice golden crisp on the outside, soft inside. Honestly, that's all I need for breakfast. The area's a bit rough around the edges, but the food holds up. I'd stop by again if I'm in the neighborhood. Just don't expect fancy vibes.

Convenient spot near the station and the lake. The house red was surprisingly decent for the price, a nice little discovery. Made for a pleasant, easy stop before my train.

The pizza was so fresh, the crust still had that perfect crisp from the oven. It’s that kind of simple, honest quality you don’t find everywhere. A lovely little spot.

Love the local vibe here. The owners are so into the game, cheering along with everyone. Makes watching sports feel like a neighborhood hangout.
