TheForkUserI arrived earlier than my booking. It was no problem and I was warmly welcomed to my table. I was on my own and the staff were very friendly and charming. I had the beef pancakes for starters and they were delicious. For main course I had the beef rending which was so tasty and spicy. Portions were large. I was offered dessert and my chosen one a cheesecake was not ready. I opted for a coffee and the server informed me I could get cheesecake and he was scrumptious. I really like Fusion the setting is really pretty. The staff are wonderful and the food is delicious. You pay for what you get and it is one of my favourite restaurants here.

TheForkUserLovely place with beautiful views and attentive and efficient service. I asked about fish of the day and they showed me the selection to choose from and offered different ways to prepare it. It was delicious, as well as mousse de gofio, a typical Canarian dessert. I highly recommend!
