Been coming here for years. The pork baps and sausage rolls are still solid pub food. A proper pint to go with it, and you're sorted for a quiet evening. Can't ask for much more.

The staff are always friendly, and the place is spotless. But honestly, I'm here for the food. The lamb shank is what keeps me coming back. It's fall-off-the-bone tender, and the gravy has this deep, savoury flavour that's just right.

Decent portion for a takeaway, and the food was still hot when I got home. The place itself is clean and simple, nothing fancy but it feels comfortable to wait in.

Nice traditional pub, very cosy inside. The beer garden is a real bonus, especially on a sunny day. Had a pint there after a long walk, it was just what I needed. The staff were friendly and the whole place has a relaxed feel.

The cakes are homemade and really nice. I got a slice for £4.50, which felt fair for the quality and the size. It was a generous portion, definitely enough to share. Good for a treat without breaking the bank.

Singapore vermicelli is solid. Portions are huge, always packed full. Price is fair. Got it for a quick lunch, no complaints.

Seafood linguine was spot on. Big portion, got it to go. Quick service, didn't have to wait long at all. Perfect for a quick lunch.

Cash only, but there's a cash machine just round the corner. The food is the real draw here. The lamb shank was cooked just right, fell off the bone.

Decent spot by the beach. The place is clean, staff were fine. Main thing for me was the halal chicken option on the menu - good to see that. Got the grilled version, it was alright.

The fish and chips were spot on. The fish was flaky and the batter crisp, not greasy at all. Portions are huge – the small chips could easily feed two. A solid choice for a classic.

I have dined at this restaurant on a number of occasions and have always found it good.Granddaughter , Celeriac Stk ; Boy Friend Sun Fig Both super ; Wife & I both roast beef, excellent but my wife found it too much. Suggestion - include “smaller portions in your menu.

A proper local pub, and the pizza was a nice surprise. The crust was just right, not too doughy. It's a cosy spot with those classic wooden booths, felt relaxed just sitting there with a pint.

Been grabbing lunch here a few times now. Food's solid, comes out quick which is key for me. Staff are friendly too. Found my regular spot.
