Been coming here for years, and the service is always so warm and genuine. Our server tonight was just like that - professional but also felt like a friend. It's that consistency that keeps me coming back.

Joined the waitlist online before heading over. Table was ready pretty much right when we walked in. Skipped the whole line outside.

Angela was a really nice server. The fireplace made it feel cozy after being out in the cold all day. The food was pretty good, though my pasta was a little under-seasoned. A solid spot.

Love the live music here! It really makes the evening. The food is good, just what you'd expect from a place like this. My only thing is the seating can be a bit tight when it's busy.

Just stopped by for lunch while exploring Gatlinburg. The pulled pork sandwich was solid, and you can’t beat the convenience of the spot. A bit busy, but that’s the trade-off for being right in the middle of everything.

Great spot on the main strip for a quick bite. The ingredients in my salad tasted really fresh.

Finally tried the famous cinnamon bun. It was so light and fluffy, the icing wasn't too sweet at all. Just a really nice, simple pastry.

First time here and that hashbrown casserole is a must. So creamy and cheesy, with the perfect crispy top. The biscuits were fantastic too, but that casserole is what I’ll be thinking about.

The fried chicken portion is huge for the price. Hash brown casserole was good too.

The deck is the place to be on a warm evening. The view of the lake is just so relaxing. We had the grilled trout, and it was cooked perfectly. A really nice spot for a quiet dinner.

Pam H. was our server. She really knew the menu, explained everything clearly. Even when it got packed, she kept our drinks topped up and checked in at just the right times. Made the night easy.

The biscuits are huge! Crispy outside, fluffy inside. I appreciate that they're made fresh daily. One biscuit was more than enough for me and my friend to share. The size is impressive, but I wish there was a half-order option.

Stopped in for a late lunch. The Nagano roll was solid, and the soba noodles were a huge portion—couldn't finish them. Pretty filling for the price.

The Eisenhower and blackened trout were both solid. What really got me was the space - high ceilings, lots of natural light, and the tables aren’t crammed together. Felt relaxed the whole time.

Jessica was super helpful when I called ahead for our big group order. Everything was ready to grab when we got there, which made it so easy for our hangout. The price was totally fair for feeding 15 of us.

The roti was so fresh and flaky, and the shrimp fried rice had a nice kick. But honestly, what really got me was the space itself—it’s bright, airy, and just feels good to sit in for a while.

The dry-style chicken chow mein here really surprised me. It’s not the saucy kind I’m used to—the noodles had a nice bite, with plenty of chicken and crisp veggies. A solid portion, too.

The apple and cherry fritters were my favorites. They make the cream-filled ones fresh when you order, so they're a bit messy to eat but totally worth it. Good selection.

The decor is definitely old-school, could use a refresh. But honestly, the food quality more than makes up for it. Portions were generous for the price, which is what really matters to me. I left feeling satisfied without breaking the bank.

The garlic balls are a must-order. Big, soft rolls absolutely soaked in that garlic butter. Just a heads up, the entrees also come with rolls, so maybe share the app unless you're really hungry.

Friendly staff, they walked me through the menu. The homemade chocolate peanut butter pie was the star. So good, almost asked for a whole one to go. Just a quick, solid lunch stop.

The fish and chips were solid, but the free bread with butter really stole the show for me. So warm and fresh, I could've just had that. Service was friendly and quick.
