Came for the beer, stayed for the Monday quiz. Over 30 taps, decent selection. The place was busy enough but not mad. We booked a table beforehand, probably needed it. Food was fine, nothing fancy, but the pints were good. Quiz was a bit of craic too. Wouldn't mind going back.

The plant-based meat here genuinely surprised me — I got the vegan burger and it actually had some texture to it, not like the usual dry stuff. Good option if you want something quick and not too heavy. Prices are fair for what you get too.

Salad bowls were proper hearty and the staff were sound. Good spot for a catch-up with the girls over brunch, never felt rushed. 👍

The fish and chips had a proper crisp batter, chips were spot on. Mushy peas and tartar sauce on the side, just right. Beef burger was fresh too, cooked well. Nice to find somewhere in Bantry that does simple food properly. Portion size was decent for the price, though the place was a bit busy when I went.

The King Dino burger was genuinely fresh and juicy, way better than your standard takeaway. Chips are proper chunky home-cuts too. Garlic mayo on the side was a nice touch. Only thing is the seating's a bit cramped, not somewhere you'd want to linger too long. But for a quick bite, it does the job.

Been here maybe four times now, food's always solid. Got the fish and chips last visit, batter was proper crispy, not greasy at all. The seafood chowder's decent too, plenty of prawns in it. Service was a bit slow on Saturday but they were packed. Fair price for what you get, I'd say.

The staff were so lovely with our dog—brought water and a treat without us even asking. We had the fish platter to share and it was fresh enough. Nice relaxed spot, though seating is a bit snug.

The lamb stew had proper depth of flavour, not too heavy. Could tell each plate was cooked fresh, which I always appreciate. Place was tidy too.
