The outdoor seating&#39;s lovely for a quiet evening. Turkish coffee hit the spot.

I had a fantastic brunch at Balfes! The food was delicious, and the portions were generous. The staff were welcoming and made us feel right at home.

The wings are proper good - big portions and decent flavour. The beer garden&#39;s a nice touch, especially with the heated spots when it&#39;s chilly out.

Right next to the station, so it&#39;s handy. Bangers and mash were solid, service was quick enough. Decent spot for a pint and something filling before a train.

Good coffee and the staff were lovely. Place is small but cosy enough. Had a sandwich and it did the job. Fine for a quick coffee stop in Dublin.

Stopped by Friday afternoon, plenty of parking which was handy. Staff were friendly enough at the door. Menu&#39;s got a good few options, though nothing blew me away. Grand spot for a quick stop.

The sweetcorn soup was proper comforting, and the tofu had a lovely soft texture. Really hit the spot for a cosy takeaway. Just wish the portions were a bit bigger.

The full Irish breakfast was solid &mdash; proper sausage and pudding. The tea came in a pot, which I always appreciate. Place has that old-school feel, nothing fancy. The lady serving was lovely too.

Came for the Sunday roast and the beef was spot on, really tender. Roasties had that proper crunch I look for. Portion size felt fair for the price. Place was buzzing with the match on, so not the quietest, but that&#39;s part of the vibe here. Left full and content.

Solid pint of Guinness before heading to the Aviva &mdash; that&#39;s the main reason to stop in. It gets pretty packed on match days, but the staff are quick enough that you&#39;re not waiting ages. Seating&#39;s a bit tight once it fills up, but for a quick one it does the job.

Got the Too Good To Go bag&mdash;6 pastries for &euro;3.49. Staff let me pick which ones I wanted, which was nice. Croissant was still flaky, not soggy at all.

The lamb chops were done just right, proper flavour in them. Service was grand, friendly enough without hovering. Place was busy when I popped in, but I still got my food in decent time. Not the cheapest spot in town, but you&#39;re paying for the quality. I&#39;d say it&#39;s worth a look if you&#39;re in the area and fancy a decent feed.

Stopped by for a quick bite at the Jervis centre spot. Comfy chairs, decent vibe for a food court. Got the chicken burger, it did the job. Staff were sound, no hassle. Prices have crept up a bit, but sure, everywhere has. Fine if you need something fast without the fuss.

Loved the bubble waffle with Biscoff here, so light and loaded with toppings. Perfect little stop in Temple Bar.

Sushi rolls were massive, loaded with fresh fish and veg. Rice was spot on, honestly the best I&#39;ve had outside Japan. Agedashi tofu and the house tempura mix were solid too. Portion size for the price is fair, no complaints there. Place was busy but service kept up fine. I&#39;d go back if I&#39;m in the area again.

The lamb stew was the standout &mdash; tender, rich broth, proper Irish seasoning. Portion came up a bit small for what they charge, though. I&#39;d have happily paid the same for a bigger bowl. That&#39;s the only gripe. The flavour itself did the job.

Daily specials are solid, good value for what you get. Food came out fresh, service was friendly enough.

The mango sorbet here is proper good &mdash; really fresh and full of flavour. Staff let me try a few before I picked, which I always appreciate. Plenty of seating inside and out, so it&rsquo;s easy to just sit for a bit. Near Temple Bar too, handy for a quick stop. Maybe a touch busy but that&rsquo;s the location for you.

Stopped in for breakfast before a flight&mdash;Manjula&rsquo;s cooking is proper good. Had the masala dosa and a glass of their house lager, which worked better than I expected. Staff are genuinely lovely, chatty without hovering. Place was busy but they didn&rsquo;t rush me. Only thing is the coffee&rsquo;s a bit weak, but the food makes up for it.
