Came for the Wow Burger, got the double bacon with grilled mushrooms. Spot on, proper messy the way it should be. Good spot to watch a match or just chill with a pint.

Stopped in for a quick lunch off Baggot Street. Sat along the canal, which was decent. Had the burger&mdash;cooked fine, no complaints. Pizza looked good too. Service was quick enough, friendly without hovering. Menu&#39;s not huge but does what it needs to do. Fine spot if you&#39;re in the area and don&#39;t want to overthink it.

Dropped in before a show and grabbed the burrata and parma pizza &mdash; solid, though the base could&#39;ve been crispier. The Louisiana chicken burger was the better pick, honestly. Staff were sound, no complaints there. The &euro;8 kids&#39; pizza deal is decent for the area, especially if you&#39;ve got little ones. Busy enough inside, but we found a spot easily enough.

Lovely little spot tucked into an old cobbler shop. Pastries were grand, but the upstairs seating is the real win&mdash;quiet enough to actually enjoy your coffee. Wouldn&rsquo;t mind if the chairs were a bit comfier though.

The beef stew was proper comfort food, really rich and tender. Bangers and mash were decent too, though nothing crazy. Only thing that got to me was the smoke drifting over from the smoking bit &mdash; kinda sat in our clothes the whole night. Shame, because the food deserved better.
