Staff were really polite even when it was packed. Got my order sorted quickly. Prices are fair for what you get, the portion sizes are decent. No complaints there.

The fish was cooked just right, crispy batter not soggy at all. Chips were hot and crunchy. Portions are decent for the price, felt like a proper meal.

Lovely food, and the prices are really fair. I was happy to see they clearly mark their vegetarian and gluten-free options. The salad greens were so fresh and crisp. It's nice to know the place supports a local charity, too.

Food was fab, definitely the best in Weston-super-Mare for this vibe. Service was on point and everything arrived super quick. Perfect for a catch-up with the girls, we didn't feel rushed at all. Just a shame the portions were a bit on the small side for the price.

Popped in for a sausage bap and a latte. The sausages were spot on, proper good quality. Coffee was smooth. It's my go-to for a relaxed brunch, nothing fancy but does the job well.

As someone with dietary needs, the staff took the time to go through the menu with me. They explained what was safe to eat, which was a relief. Made the whole evening much less stressful.

Food's the usual chain stuff, but Shakila was so lovely and helpful. Made our girls' catch-up way nicer!

Lovely welcome I assume was the Manager at the podium who clearly read my booking note that I had a disabled person with me and proceeded to seat us perfectly. Wonderful friendly waiting staff. Great banter and smiles between staff. Was a lovely atmosphere even the kitchen staff and salad staff were smiling enjoying their work. Stunning food as always. Top marks to all staff working on Tuesday

Luis and the team were so attentive! They remembered our drink orders from last time and kept the waters topped up without us asking. Made it easy to just relax and chat with friends.

Pontypool harvester is always a good place to eat. We were served very quickly by a lovely waitress called Erin and it was her first day and she was so polite and helpful. Food arrived quickly and was deliciousThe restaurant got very busy very quickly but waiting time didn’t seem to be affected. Very good indeed.

The usual harvester choices, very tasty chicken and had room for desert. Staff were very nice but I did have to ask for table to be cleaned when I sat down. Will go back.

The Sunday roast beef and turkey were so warm and comforting. The veggies were generous, just what you need after a long walk. Really hit the spot.
