The chicken shish glaze is spot on. Really nice char on the outside, still juicy inside. Their homemade chili sauce is a game changer, I ended up putting it on everything! The lamb was solid too.

A decent spot with a nice, family-run feel. They've got the traditional pub atmosphere down, but with a solid selection of craft beers. The welcome was warm. A bit on the pricey side for a pint, but a pretty good place overall.

Josh was brilliant at making us feel safe when things got a bit tense. Really appreciated how he handled it.

Love the vibe in here! The old wooden beams make it feel cosy and historic. Perfect spot to catch up with friends over a Shipyard beer. Will definitely be back to try the food next time.

A decent spot for a pint. The steak sandwich from the lunch menu was pretty good – the bread was nice and fluffy. Ingredients seemed fine quality. It’s a solid choice for a casual bite.

Been coming here for ages, and it's always solid. As a vegetarian, I never struggle to find something tasty on the menu. Staff are friendly and quick, even when they're busy with walk-ins.

The food was fresh and the menu had plenty of options. What really stood out was the service—everyone was so friendly and attentive, which made the whole meal feel very relaxed. A nice, easy spot for a quiet dinner.

Food was really tasty, portions were generous & Staff were lovely- what more could you ask for? In fact when I knocked a glass of wine over the waiter presented us with another- what amazing service. We’ll be back

Popped in for a coffee and ended up staying a while. The almond croissant was really good – flaky and not too sweet. Nice, airy spot.

A regular for me in Bedford. I always get the spicy pad Thai with duck - the duck is so tender. The space is really cozy and intimate, which I like.

Had the sausage roll and Keralan pasty. Both were solid, well-made. The chai latte was good too. Service was efficient, got my order quickly. A reliable spot for a straightforward lunch.

The menu’s a bit tricky without pictures, but the food was tasty. I liked the relaxed vibe inside, lots of wood and plants.

Been here a few times now. The fish and chips are always cooked right, never greasy. Good flavour. Prices are fair for the neighbourhood. A reliable spot for a quick meal.

Lovely spot for a catch-up with friends. The vibe is so cosy, we ended up staying for hours just chatting. Menu has something for everyone and the prices are fair. Staff were really nice too.

Lovely visit, the staff were so friendly and helpful. I really appreciated how fresh the ingredients were in my salad, you could tell everything was just prepped. A very pleasant meal.

The food was fine, service was nice. But I really liked the space itself. The high ceilings and those big windows let in so much light, made it feel really open and airy. A comfortable spot to just sit and chat.

Really liked the vibe here. The owner is super friendly and they have live music on weekends. It's a proper local pub, feels warm and welcoming. Just a nice, relaxed spot for a pint.

The home-cooked style food is the main draw here. Had the steak and ale pie, the gravy was rich and the pastry was properly flaky. Portions are generous, no complaints there. Just solid, straightforward cooking.

Nice spot for a coffee and a pastry. The seating is comfortable, which makes it a relaxing place to stop by.

The sausage roll here is the reason I keep coming back. The pastry is perfectly flaky and buttery, the sausage meat inside is really well-seasoned and moist. It's a proper homemade one, not like the dry, greasy ones you get elsewhere. Just a solid, classic version done right.

Been coming here for lunch for years. The menu's got a bit of everything, which is handy. Staff are always friendly and quick to notice if you need anything. A solid local spot.

Service was prompt and efficient even when busy. Tables cleared quickly. Staff attentive without being intrusive. Good for a business lunch when you need to be in and out.

Cleanest buffet I've seen. Tables and floors were spotless, which is rare for this style of dining. Makes a difference when you're serving yourself.
