I had the steak I always wanted to eat in Florence. Although it was &quot;very much&quot; dry, it was the best meat I had in recent days. The pizza 🍕 was a pure Margherita, with a thin and crispy bottom that was eaten up in an instant.

Eating some lamb is good for warming up the body! The grilled lamb chops are sizzling with oil, and adding some salt and cumin makes it very fragrant. The feeling of eating meat in big mouthfuls is so enjoyable. The butterfly cake is great! It is crispy and not greasy! Every layer is so crispy!

What a wonderful experience it is to have every dish you order taste good. Duck liver mousse is a must-order when you enter the restaurant. The most surprising thing is the chopped nuts on the top, which is so fragrant with the duck liver and bread slices. You must spread more duck liver, it is so satisfying~

We ordered grilled lamb chops (covered with pancakes), local specialty long rice and salad. The crispy biscuit-like thing on the salad was grilled and very fragrant. The grilled lamb chops... were so delicious...

I finally had dinner at this restaurant that I had been longing for. Except for the appetizer, which I didn&#39;t like very much, the grilled lamb chops were really fragrant on the outside and tender on the inside, and the rib-eye steak was even more amazing. The marinade tasted really special, but not overdone.
