First up was the "Step by Step Mont Blanc Cake," shaped like a pagoda and a chess piece. The name itself suggests a summit overlooking the mountains—a truly beautiful allusion. The khaki-colored portion tasted like mashed potatoes, a far cry from the smooth, sweet cream or cool, refreshing ice cream I'd imagined. Thankfully, the top of the tower was a whole chocolate bar, and the base was a cake-wrapped shell, making up for the bland mash. The "Affogato" was a 🧊🔥 world of two—a ready-made 🍨 ball in the cup, and a scalding ☕️ in the pot. Pour the ☕️ into the cup, and the 🍨 ball slowly melts, becoming smaller and smaller. However, the melting was so slow that the coffee still felt cold after I drank it! So, I devoured it in one gulp 🍨, and the coffee felt like a warm winter sun—this dessert is truly unsuitable for winter, especially since the door is wide open, so even sitting inside wouldn't be warm. The Aperol Amber Orange Light isn't suitable for winter, even indoors—watching the flaming fire illuminate the ice crystals is breathtakingly beautiful, a work of art, but also overly flashy—it tastes just like a regular lemon black tea, though the waiter added it's 7.5% ABV. The Americano was surprisingly the best 😂—a generous cup, honest and sincere, a testament to its sincerity; a tiny bit of smoky coffee floating beneath, the liquid dark and translucent; the nose is captivating, and the taste is rich and mellow. ⚖️ Value for money: One dessert + three drinks = 192 yuan, which is above average compared to other places. The quality is mixed; the ambiance is decent, and the service is passable—worth a try, but I won't be back.
