Been coming here for years. The lobster grilled cheese is still the best around. Good balance of flavors, not too heavy. They also have gluten-free bread if you need it. Food's always fresh.

The curry udon was really good, thick noodles and a mild broth. But what got me was the space itself – high ceilings and those big wooden tables make it feel so open and relaxed, not cramped at all. Just a nice spot to unwind.

Fish and chips spot. The batter was light and crispy, which is key. Fish tasted fresh. Fries were solid too. That’s pretty much it.

Been coming here for years. That $13 lunch deal with the deep dish and a salad is my go-to. It's always the same, which is exactly why I keep coming back.

The Japanese greeting from the staff really sets the mood. It's a nice touch that makes the place feel authentic, not just another themed spot. The vibe is consistent throughout the meal, which I liked.

The sugar-free almond matcha latte was a perfect find. It had this subtle, earthy flavor that wasn't bitter at all. The pastries were also lovely, not overly sweet. Just a really nice, calm spot for a quiet morning.

Came in for the all-you-can-eat. Server Chloe was cool, gave us a solid first round to start with. The premium menu had some good picks. Nice spot for a chill dinner.

The huevos rancheros were the star. Eggs were cooked just right, and that sauce had a nice smoky kick. Coffee was solid too. A really good start to the day.

Good happy hour sushi rolls and cocktails on Wednesdays. Solid spot to start the night in Gaslamp.

Been coming here for years. The late-night pad thai is always fresh, just what you need after a long day. Staff’s friendly, never feels rushed. Solid spot.

Great spot for a quick lunch. Ordered the chicken sandwich, came out fast. Patio is dog-friendly, staff gave my pup some water. Perfect for a fast bite with your dog.

Been ordering from here for years. The thin crust pizza is consistently good, and I appreciate that they always include the garlic bread.

Stopped in for a late lunch and had the soft pretzel, smash wagyu burger, and lemon custard. The food was really good, but the booths are a bit too snug for comfort. I’d still come back for the burger.

Cozy spot, feels like a neighborhood gem. Can get a bit loud from the bar next door, but that's part of the local charm.

The staff here is really friendly and have a good sense of humor, which made for a pleasant evening. The atmosphere is quite calming, almost like being at home. The food was pretty good, though a couple of dishes were just fine.

Finally found my spot for burritos in SD! The veggie one is just right for a quick bite with friends.

Lines look long but they move fast. Got my burger and fries in under 5 minutes at the window. Perfect for a quick bite on a tight lunch break.

The green eggs here are so fresh and vibrant. I really appreciate that they use local, organic eggs. The pancakes were fluffy, but I wish there was a whole wheat option. The outdoor seating is perfect for a sunny morning.

As a vegetarian, I'm glad they have solid options. Got the mock duck and tofu in spicy sauce. Flavor was on point. Quick lunch spot for me now.

The bison burger was so juicy and cooked just right. The seasoned fries were crispy and a perfect match. It's the kind of spot where you can hang out with friends for a while and not feel rushed.

The Parmesan crusted sand dabs were cooked just right, super tender. The miso sea bass was also really good.

Cozy family-run spot. Aleida and Pinky were super attentive. Felt genuinely welcomed the whole time. That kind of service is nice.

Had a family event here with the buffet and drink package. Honestly, the price for what you get is pretty fair. Everyone ate and drank plenty without feeling like we overpaid.

Been coming here for years. The family meal for two is huge, you'll definitely have leftovers. Good, solid food.

Huge portions for $13.99, felt like a steal. Got the classic diner vibe, which was nice. My plate was stacked, barely finished half. Solid spot if you're hungry.
