The roasted pork is the reason I keep coming back. The skin crackles perfectly when it's fresh, and the fat-to-meat ratio is just right. Grabbed a pound to go and ate it in the car while it was still hot. That's the way to do it.

Food came out fast and piping hot, which was nice. It's a no-frills spot, but they really nail the classics. Got the pad thai and it was exactly what I wanted.

The fried rice with salted fish was really good. Pricey for the portion though.

A heads up, it's a small spot so booking ahead is smart. The grilled veggies were fresh and nicely seasoned.

We've been coming here for a while. The owner is really nice and sometimes suggests a wine that goes well with our usual order. The food is consistently pretty good. It's a solid choice when we want Chinese.

The tablet ordering is a nice touch, makes things simple. Food came out pretty quickly on a quiet Tuesday evening. The booth seating was comfortable, which I always notice.

Birthday dinner with the family. The manager Danny and our server were really on top of things. They brought out complimentary longevity buns, which was a nice touch. The rockfish was fresh, and the price felt fair.

The cheese scone is unreal. So flaky and cheesy, I ended up ordering another one to go. The place was packed, but honestly, worth the wait just for that.

The nilagang baka was spot on today, really comforting. The daing na bangus too. Portions are fair for what you pay. Some other items on the menu can be a bit hit or miss, but when they get it right, it's good.

Stopped by for a quick lunch. The place was clean and orderly, which I liked. The waitresses were really nice, checked in without being overbearing. Food was solid.

The wok hei on those clams was spot on, really smoky and delicious. The congee was nice and thick, perfect for a chilly evening. Just a cozy, low-key place to grab a bite.

Had a little spill and the staff were so nice about it! They helped me clean up and even offered a free dessert. Really made our girls' night feel relaxed and taken care of.

Busy Friday night, tons of takeout orders flying out. Still got my General Tso's hot and fresh. Portions are huge for what you pay. Solid.

The portions are huge. Caesar salad could be a meal on its own. Lasagna was cheesy and hit the spot. My go-to is the truffle pasta, and that hot honey on pizza? A game changer.

The beef teriyaki bento is my go-to for lunch. It's a solid portion for the price, keeps me full through the afternoon. Quick service too, so I can get in and out.

Been coming here for years, and their classic shrimp dumplings are still the best. A solid spot for dim sum on the North Shore.

The mushroom chowder here is the real deal. Creamy but not heavy, packed with earthy mushrooms. The clam version is solid too, but the mushroom one is my go-to. Just a simple, well-made soup.

This is a classic buffet spot, really spacious and clean. I appreciate the comfortable seating, it made the whole meal so much more relaxing. The value is definitely there for a casual dinner out.

Traditional dim sum trolley service still available here. The dining room is spacious, good for large groups.

Solid brunch spot. Had the eggs benny with smoked salmon. Hollandaise was just right. Service was quick, no complaints. Nice little place on Commercial Drive.

Comfy, no-frills spot. The staff were so warm and welcoming, which really stood out. Service was fast, too. Just a reliable, pleasant place to grab a bite.

Stopped by for lunch. The Cantonese dishes were tasty, portions were huge. Could barely finish my plate. Good spot if you're hungry.

Been coming here for years, and the Golden Temple Soup is my go-to. That broth is just right - rich but not heavy, with the spices hitting the spot every single time. It's the one thing I know I can count on.

The staff are friendly and know the menu well. Service gets a bit slow when it's busy, but the food is worth waiting for.

Been coming here for years, and the portion sizes never disappoint. Always leave with a full belly and a takeout box. Just a heads up, it's cash or debit only, so I always make sure to have some on me.

Been coming here for years with the family. The combo deals are solid for feeding a crowd, and the dishes always taste like they should. Not fancy, just reliable.
