The first bite is because there is no heavy seasoning, and the mouth still has the fragrance of rye bread. The second bite bites into the pickled green tomato, the sourness is very comfortable.
- Roasted Pumpkin: This time I really ate a lot of kale, which is basically fried crispy. The roasted pumpkin still has a crispy texture, paired with mayonnaise, almonds and sweet and sour pickled onions. It is a refreshing and not heavy, and it tastes good even if it is all vegetarian.
- Pork Rib Sandwich: It is actually a burger, the pork ribs are tender and juicy, so delicious! The overall sweet and sour style, in addition to the pickled purple cabbage, the sweet, slightly sour and crispy taste of the apple slices really adds points. The fried pork skin is made into the shape of popcorn, which makes the whole burger more fragrant. The bread is burnt and fragrant, which is just right. It is really satisfying to eat, and both of us like every dish. The price is about 270dkk per person.

The deep sea cod here is delicious, and it tastes good when fried or grilled. The cod is always with skin, which feels greasy, but rich in nutrients, and the fish meat has a strong fiber texture. The roast pork tastes good and is cheap.
