Lovely family-run spot. The sea bass special was a pleasant surprise, and the owners are so friendly.

The pizza here is a real treat. That thin crust is spot on, crispy but still has a nice chew. They get creative with the toppings too. Had one with nduja and honey, worked a treat. It's popular, so you might queue a bit, but it's worth it.

Grabbed a takeaway curry last night. It was rich and flavourful, perfect with a cold lager. Good portion for the price, though the rice was a bit dry. Solid option for a quick dinner.

Came for a late cream tea. The scones were incredibly fresh, which made all the difference.

The Italian host knows his wine. Had a lovely glass of red with some excellent charcuterie. The view from the terrace is a real bonus.

The cocktails were the real star for me. I tried their signature 'Smoky Negroni' and the balance was spot on - not too bitter, with a really nice herbal finish. Great vibe for a Friday night with mates. 🍸

The staff were really friendly and helpful when I had questions about the menu. They took the time to explain the dishes, which made choosing much easier. The food was good quality for the price.

This pub is a great local spot with friendly staff and a nice selection of beers. I enjoyed my meal and will definitely be returning with friends soon.

Cosy little French spot, ideal for a relaxed dinner. The coq au vin was spot on, and the wine list had a few really interesting Burgundies that paired beautifully. A bit on the quiet side, but that suited us just fine.

Been coming here for years. It's a proper old pub, not one of those fancy tourist spots. Low ceilings, dark wood, feels like it's been here forever. Just off the main drag so it's a bit quieter.

The steak was cooked just right, which was lovely. I also appreciated the comfortable booths - made for a relaxed, no-fuss meal. Prices are fair for what you get.

Came for a quiet dinner, the place has a nice relaxed vibe. The staff were spot on - friendly but not hovering. My only quibble was the wine list, felt a bit limited for the style of food. Found a decent red though.

Lovely family-run spot. The staff are genuinely warm, which makes a difference. Had a glass of their house red with the pasta—simple but a nice pairing for a relaxed evening.

Been coming here for years. The staff always makes you feel welcome, even when they're slammed. Walked in on a busy Friday, still got a smile and a quick table. That's why I keep coming back.

The Wolf burger with pulled duck is a solid choice. Patty was juicy, duck portion generous and flavourful. Sweet potato fries and slaw were good too. A bit pricey for a burger, but you get what you pay for.

Been coming here for years. Their enchiladas are the reason I keep coming back - always just as good as the first time. The sauce is spot on.

The prawn cocktail was lovely, really fresh and crisp. Generous portion too. I always look for that quality in the seafood. The full English was cooked nicely, but the eggs could have been a touch less oily for my taste. Still, a solid choice for a weekend brunch.

Nice bright pub, feels clean. Staff were friendly and cleared tables quickly even when it was busy. That’s a plus.

Ordered the burger on the app for a quick lunch. It arrived fast, which is key for me. The burger itself was really flavourful, juicy and hit the spot. Staff were nice and efficient. Solid choice when you're in a hurry.

Been here a few times, the food's always solid. The spaghetti bolognese has a nice, rich sauce. But that quadruple chocolate cookie dough... that's the real star. Seriously, save room for it.

Larisa, our server, was so thoughtful. She double-checked with the kitchen about my peanut allergy and explained their procedures clearly. It felt very safe. The kitchen was careful, and my meal came out with a separate note confirming it was allergen-free. That attention to detail meant a lot.

A nice spot that’s dog-friendly. The ingredients felt fresh, especially the greens in my salad. Portions were fair for the price. It’s a simple, pleasant place for a relaxed meal with my pup.

The seafood was top-notch, especially the grilled sea bass. Service was efficient, staff were attentive without hovering. The view over the estuary is a real plus. A bit on the pricey side, but you're paying for the location and quality.

Came for a casual pint, ended up staying for the view. Sat on the pontoon with a cold one, just watching the boats. The crab pots were busy, looked fun. Bit windy though.

Had dinner on the deck last week. The river view is the main event here, really nice watching the boats and the ferry. Food was fine, nothing fancy, but the setting makes it. Good spot for a quiet evening.

A proper local spot, buzzing on a Saturday night. The old-school jazz in the background was just right for our group catch-up. We ended up staying way longer than planned!

Such a cosy little freehouse. The staff are lovely, and the draft beer is spot on. The food? Honestly, a solid 10/10. That's rare for me.

The sausage rolls are so good here, hot and fresh. Way better than the ones you get from the big chains. The bacon and cheese slice was a real highlight too. Perfect for grabbing a quick bite with a friend.

Fresh fish and chips, decent portion for the price. Good for a quick bite in the old town.
