Decent portion sizes, and the curry sauce was spot on. I paired it with a crisp lager, which worked surprisingly well. Prices are fair. A good, no-fuss lunch.

Our go-to for Indian. Ordered the lamb biryani and a few curries, all fresh and flavourful. The wine list is decent, found a nice Shiraz that went well with the spices. Service is quick, especially if you call ahead on a Friday. Prices are fair.

The Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki with the extra noodle layer was spot on. Really took me back to those little street stalls. A bit pricey for what it is, but the flavour was just right.

Perfect for a quick lunch. Fish and chips are spot on, crispy batter and fresh fish every time. Service is fast and friendly, they get you in and out. My go-to for a reliable bite.

My friends and I tried the burger here last weekend. Honestly, it's the best one I've had in the Bay Area. The patty was so juicy, and the bun was perfect. We ended up chatting for ages after finishing our food. Just a great spot to catch up.

Been coming here for years. The free car park out back is a lifesaver, especially on busy weekends. Place is always spotless, which I appreciate. Just a reliable spot for a straightforward meal.

Portions are huge here, honestly. We ordered the pasta and a salad, ended up taking half of it home. Good value, but maybe start with one less dish than usual.

Been coming here for years, and the Thursday two-meals-and-a-wine deal is still solid. Keeps me coming back.

The portions are huge, perfect for sharing with friends. Food was still piping hot when it arrived, which is a big win for delivery. We had plenty of leftovers!

Still our favourite spot in Sidmouth. Had the lobster again this time – the meat was sweet and perfectly cooked, just like we remembered from last year. The vibe is as lovely as ever.

Just a short stroll from the harbour. It was pretty quiet when we dropped by. The dirty fries are the real star here – loaded with all the good stuff, you've gotta try them to see what the fuss is about. So good!

The fish and chips were spot on. Light, crisp batter and the cod was cooked perfectly.

Always spotless when I visit. The tables are cleared quickly, floors look clean. It just feels comfortable to sit down for a meal here, you know? Makes a difference.

The new ordering screens are handy. Got the spicy chicken ramen, broth was rich and the noodles had a good bite. The chicken itself was a bit dry though.

Been coming here for years. It's that family-run feel that keeps me coming back. You can taste the care in every dish, like they're cooking for their own. Always fresh, always consistent.

Service was quick and friendly even when they were packed. Food arrived hot, which was nice.

Great space, amazing food and wonderful service. Really appreciate the birthday surprise for my daughter . Thanks for making it such a lovely night for her.

The little one's ramen was a hit, honestly. Just the right size for them, and they actually ate it all. The menu for kids is pretty decently priced too.

Portions are very generous here. The smoked duck curry was tasty, but I couldn't finish it all. The seafood dishes also had some massive pieces of fish. Decent value for the price.

The staff were really friendly and attentive, especially when we asked for a few little changes to our order.

Decent spot for a quick business lunch. The Nepalese Garlic Chilli Chicken was solid – good heat, plenty of meat. Service was prompt, which I appreciate. Parking is easy. Nothing fancy, but it gets the job done.

The flavours are really vibrant here. I appreciate how fresh the ingredients taste, especially in the vegetable dishes. Even the ones marked as non-spicy have a lovely, subtle warmth to them. A good spot for a relaxed meal.

Rich and his team provided an amazing experience during our brunch. The drinks were plentiful, and the food was delicious. It's the best brunch we've had, and we can't wait to come back!

The cask ales are the main draw. They had a local bitter that was perfectly kept, not too warm, with a nice malty body and a dry finish. The lager options are decent but it's the real ales that keep me coming back.

The restaurant was very busy when we arrived for our booking and so we had to wait around 15 minutes for our table. There was plenty of variety at the carvery with several meats and lots of vegetables. The food was delicious and the service was friendly.

The carvery's a good deal with the Blue Light Card. The dining area feels spacious and relaxed, which was nice.

Booked ahead for the Sunday carvery - smart move, it's packed. The wait was short, and the staff were on it. The house red was a solid match for the roast.
