The fish and chips were a solid choice. The batter was light and crispy, the cod flaky. Took it down to the quay to eat in the sun, which was just right. A decent lunch spot.

Been coming here for years, and the staff are always so welcoming. They remember my usual order, makes it feel like a proper local spot. That kind of consistency is what keeps me coming back.

The chef was kind enough to make a special vegetarian plate for me. It was a simple but lovely mix of grilled seasonal vegetables and quinoa. Really appreciated how fresh everything tasted. My friends enjoyed their set menu too. A nice, thoughtful touch.

Fish and chips were spot on today. The fish was really fresh, flaky inside with a crisp batter. Chips were golden and not greasy at all. Just what I wanted for a quick lunch.

Bella and Amy were so friendly and attentive. They made the whole evening really comfortable.

Service was spot on. Rushi and the team were quick, knew the menu. Not pushy at all. Felt like a proper local spot, not some chain.

Been coming here for years for their bacon butty. It's a proper one, good bacon, decent bread, and you get a lot for your money. Staff are always friendly. Easy to park and a quick stroll to the front.

Booked for a large group and our table was ready early. The waitress was really attentive, which made the evening run smoothly.

Busy spot, but the coffee's good and the food's solid. I was watching the tables around me and it's definitely a place for groups. Just felt the portion on my main was a bit smaller than I'd expect for the price.

Stumbled upon this spot and the first thing that hit me was how clean and airy it felt. Really liked the natural light and the simple, modern vibe—just a nice, calm space to have a meal.

Great spot in Royal William Yard, the waterfront view really adds to the meal.

Grabbed takeaway for a girls' night in. The food was so good and arrived in no time! They even threw in a little extra treat, which was such a sweet touch. Perfect for a casual hangout.

Lovely spot just steps from the beach. The grilled octopus was the highlight for me – perfectly charred and tender. A solid, reliable meal.

The outdoor seating is so comfortable, and the staff are really friendly. Their deluxe hot chocolate is lovely.

The breakfast was lovely. I really appreciated the fresh ingredients in my avocado toast and the poached eggs were just right. The parking situation is a definite plus, makes it easy to pop in. A nice, cosy spot to start the day.

The team was on it even on a packed bank holiday. Ellie especially looked after us. My kid loved the mocktail they suggested. Food hit the spot.

The food smelled amazing from outside and tasted just as good. Really enjoyed the fish and chips after our walk.

Busy New Year's Eve, but the staff were so calm and friendly! They were rushing around but still checked in with a smile. Made our group feel looked after even when it was packed.

Came here for a casual dinner with friends. The place is spotless, even the loos! Really nice for a relaxed catch-up. It's just a short walk from the centre, which is super handy.

Came for a casual family dinner. The food was solid, especially for the price point. Found a decent house red that paired surprisingly well with the hearty mains. Portions are generous, you won't leave hungry. A reliable spot when you want a proper meal without the fuss.

It gets packed in the evenings, so I always aim for an early table. The booths are really comfortable, which makes the whole meal feel much more relaxed. A good spot if you don't want to feel rushed.
