Been coming here for years. The grilled prawns and sea bass fillet from the set menu are always cooked just right, not overdone. The beurre blanc sauce is good. Portions are fine for the price.

Stopped by for a late lunch. The fried squid was really fresh, not rubbery at all. Portions are huge, definitely got my money's worth. Felt like a home-cooked meal.

Lovely quiet terrace by the hotel de ville. Good value savoury tarts and good desserts including gateau Basque and tarte tatin. Friendly service. The only criticism is that they brought me the beef and red cabbage pie, not the potato and reblochon one I ordered. It was very tasty so I didn't complain, but it could be an issue for someone with dietary restrictions.

The ice cream cart is a nice find on the beach walk. The pistachio flavor paired surprisingly well with a simple espresso.
