Portions are proper generous and the prices aren't bad for what you get. I popped in for a quick lunch and left properly full. The seating area is a bit cramped though, felt a little squeezed in by the table next to me. But for the quality of the food, I can't really complain. Would go back if I'm in the area again.

Grilled squid was proper. Charred cabbage side actually stole it a bit, really good. One of the better ones I've had in Dublin, no messing. Worth the money for sure.

Pasta was solid - that beef short rib ragu really hit the spot. Cozy enough inside. Portions could be bigger for the price though.

Decent sushi spot. Got the mixed rolls and they were fresh enough, pretty good actually. The noodle dish was a nice option for someone who doesn't do raw fish. Dessert surprised me a bit, not what I expected but fine. Wouldn't go out of my way, but if you're in the area it does the job.

The tasting menu had a few hits and misses, but the lamb was spot on. Interesting flavours, even if one dish didn't quite work for me.

We went for the steak and wine voucher deal — that part was solid. Evan looked after us well, knew the menu inside out. Steak came cooked properly, wine was decent too. Place was a bit busy but we didn't wait long. Fine for what we paid, wouldn't mind going back.

The tokri chaat here is genuinely something else — crispy, tangy, just messy enough to eat with your hands. Owais looked after us well, checked in at the right moments without hovering. Place has a decent buzz for a Tuesday night. Not the cheapest, but the flavours feel proper. I'd go back just for that chaat again.

Lovely little place in Blackrock — that back terrace is such a find. Hot chocolate was spot on, and the staff had time for a proper chat.

The wings are proper good - big portions and decent flavour. The beer garden's a nice touch, especially with the heated spots when it's chilly out.

Stopped in here after walking around town. Got the pasta, it was solid. Place is small but grand. Staff were sound, didn't rush us at all. Bit pricey for what you get, but I'd go back. Decent spot for a feed if you're nearby.

The sweetcorn soup was proper comforting, and the tofu had a lovely soft texture. Really hit the spot for a cosy takeaway. Just wish the portions were a bit bigger.
