The legendary fries are a must. Crispy outside, fluffy inside, and the regular portion is huge—definitely enough for two. Couldn't finish them all myself!

Super convenient for a quick coffee before your train.

The table seated all 8 of us for our meal after getting married. It was in a lovely intimate area of the pub, windows open giving a lovely breeze on a hot day, views of the river. The food and service were excellent. Minor point, as the staff were actually lovely, but it would have been nice if they had poured the wine for us. Apart from that everything was fabulous 😊

Scarlett was really attentive, checking in just the right amount. She explained the ingredients in the seasonal salad clearly, which I appreciated. The greens tasted incredibly fresh. A lovely, calm lunch.

Decent spot for a quick bite with friends. The vibe is fine for a fast-food place, nothing fancy. It’s a solid option when you just need somewhere easy to meet up and eat.

Tried the taster menu on a busy lunch break. Food was tasty and portions were generous, no complaints there. Service was a bit slow though, had to wait a while between courses. Good for a proper sit-down, not a quick bite.

A lovely spot for a pot of tea on a sunny day. The balcony view is really nice, and the price is very reasonable. I found the chairs quite comfortable for a long, relaxed sit. A perfect place to unwind.

A lovely evening; two old friends celebrating a birthday. The staff members were lovely, leaving us to chat before ordering. We both had the fishcakes which were delicious and good value. No dessert but had latte and cappuccino coffees. No complaints on food ambience on service.I realised later that evening that we'd been overcharged but rang back and am confident the (imho) accidental calculation will be put right.
