Clean spot, staff were friendly enough. The food’s properly seasoned for Korean palates. Wanted a beer to go with it but they were out of my usual. Rice costs extra, just so you know.

Stopped in for a late lunch and grabbed a seat by the window. The place is bright, plenty of room between tables. Had the grilled fish—cooked properly, flaky, no complaints. Staff were friendly without hovering. Pairing it with a crisp Sauvignon Blanc worked well, though the glass was a bit small for the price. Solid enough if you're in the area and want a relaxed bite.

Stopped in for lunch and grabbed a burrito with a drink for €11.50. Portion was big enough that I couldn't finish it. Filling options are plenty, and the hot sauce on the table gives it a proper kick. Solid spot if you're hungry and don't want to spend a fortune.

The early bird menu is decent value—three courses for what you’d normally pay for a main elsewhere. I went for the fish, which was cooked well, and the warm sticky toffee pudding hit the spot. Pairing it with a glass of dessert wine worked nicely. Service was a bit slow, but the place was packed. Fine for a midweek bite.

Came in with a wheelchair, staff moved tables around without me even asking. That was decent. Pancakes were good, fluffy enough. Got a second plate, no regrets. Place isn't big but they made it work. Fine for a casual breakfast stop.

The lamb stew was the real deal. Tender, rich, proper Irish flavours. I'd go back just for that alone. The waiter knew the menu inside out, helped my mate with her allergies and got the kitchen to sort her something safe. That was decent. Didn't pay much attention to the room or anything else. The food did the talking.

The Sizzler pizza and meatballs were proper good. Only thing is the slices came all wonky—seven uneven pieces. Still, solid spot for a feed.

The build-your-own pancakes are the way to go. Got a decent stack for the price, and the toppings were spread properly through every layer, not just dumped on top. They even do a gluten-free version, which is handy. Portion was solid for what you pay. No complaints there.

Chicken katsu curry was solid, nicely presented. Portion could be bigger for the price though.

Been coming here for a while now, and the coffee's still spot on. Staff actually know what they're doing, happy to chat about beans if you're into that. Nice spot to just sit by the window and watch the street. Not the cheapest, but you pay for the quality. Always leaves me sorted for the rest of the day.

Service was a bit hit or miss — one guy was lovely, another seemed like he'd rather be anywhere else. Food and vibe made up for it though.

The Guinness here is genuinely good, one of the better pints I've had in Dublin. It's a proper pub, pretty spacious and laid-back, not as cramped as some of the other spots nearby. Staff were friendly enough too.

Stopped in for a coffee and ended up staying way longer than planned. That bookshelf wall is a nice touch, gives the place a proper snug feel. Had the lemon poppy seed cake with a flat white—cake was decent, not too sweet. Would've liked a glass of wine instead but they seemed more geared towards the coffee crowd. Solid enough spot if you're in the area.

We did the pizza-making workshop here with a few friends. The team kept things moving and were sound about it. Got to sit down after and eat what we made, which is the best part. I’d say bring a bottle of something red along, it pairs well with the whole thing. Decent spot for a group outing.

Late dinner and they still took us in — fair play. Food was solid for the price. Only hassle was finding parking nearby. The house red went down easy with the mains, though.

Popped in for a quick bite last week. Ramen was decent, broth had good flavour. Noodles were a bit softer than I'd normally get, took me a minute to get used to. Place itself is comfortable enough, nothing fancy. Fair price for what you get, I'd say. Might come back if I'm in the area and craving a bowl.

Came in for a late breakfast on Sunday and got seated right away, which surprised me. Food was lovely, service quick, but it was loud enough that I put my headphones on just to enjoy my coffee in peace.

The rooms have that old-school charm but still feel modern where it counts. Really well kept, like stepping back in time but without the creaky bed situation.

Lovely little spot. They had Ghibli piano music playing in the background and it just made the whole place feel warm. Decor is really pretty too. I came alone and felt completely at ease, which doesn't happen often. Only thing is the music might be a bit much if you're after a loud catch-up with friends. But for a quiet evening, it's perfect.

The braised pork belly was proper good, and the dim sum came out fresh. Place is a bit fancier than your usual Chinese spot, but still comfortable.

Solid spot for a drink at the bar. Burger’s up there with the best in town, and the club sandwich is properly done—hard to find that these days. Just give yourself time to flag someone down for service.

Stopped in for coffee and a slice of cake—the place itself is the real reason to go. Building's been here for centuries and they've kept it lovely. Coffee was decent, nothing wild, but the staff knew the history and were happy to chat about it. Worth a look if you're passing through.

Solid feed for the price, the full Irish was decent and the coffee came quick. Portion was big enough that I skipped lunch after. Wouldn't say it's fancy, but it does the job.

Tiny little place, barely any seats, but grand for grabbing something quick. Got the chicken wrap, fresh enough and the sauce was decent. Packaged well, no mess on the go. Not somewhere you'd sit down for a long chat, but does the job.

The mapo tofu here actually tastes like the real deal, not the watered-down version you get in most places. I sat near the window and the light was nice, made the whole room feel a bit warmer. Double cooked pork belly was decent too, though the seating could be a bit more comfortable. Wouldn't mind coming back for a quick lunch.

The roast duck here is genuinely good. Crispy skin, juicy meat, and the portion was way bigger than I expected. Honestly one of the better Cantonese places I've tried in the city. Price felt fair for what you get. I'd go back just for that duck again.

Food’s decent enough and they’ve a fair few options, even some healthier stuff which you don’t see often around here. Service was fine, nothing to complain about. Place was clean too. I’d go back if I’m in the area, but it’s not somewhere I’d make a special trip for.

Decent spot for Chinese food when you're sick of pub grub. Wonton soup was good but the portions are a bit small for the price.

The carrot cake really stood out — fresh and not overly sweet. Brownie was good too. Prices are on the higher side, but the quality matches. Courtyard seating is nice, though the garden chairs could use more cushioning.
