My friends and I tried the burger here last weekend. Honestly, it's the best one I've had in the Bay Area. The patty was so juicy, and the bun was perfect. We ended up chatting for ages after finishing our food. Just a great spot to catch up.

Popped in for a browse, and the mushroom section is incredible. So many fresh local varieties I'd never seen before. Ended up leaving with a little bottle of truffle oil, which was a nice treat.

Standard Spoons, but the rooftop garden is a real bonus. Sat up there for a couple of hours with a burger and a pint. It's a bit of a sun trap, really pleasant spot to unwind.

A reliable spot for a quiet afternoon. Their drinks menu is good, and the cakes always look tempting. I find the armchairs by the window very comfortable for a long sit. It’s a nice, uncomplicated place to relax.

Always spotless when I pop in. The whole place just feels clean and looked after, which makes a big difference when you're just sitting with a coffee.

I’ve been stopping by for their recent specials. The almond croissant was lovely, but what really stands out is the coffee. It’s always at a good temperature, never tastes burnt. You can tell they use fresh beans.

The scones were lovely and fresh, the clotted cream was rich. I did notice the jam was a bit too sweet for my taste, but the overall quality of the ingredients was spot on. A nice, simple treat.

Been coming here for years, and that flat white is still the one. It's the only spot in town that gets it right, just like the ones I used to have back in NZ. Always consistent.

Lunch stop. The scotch eggs were delicious, a proper treat. Sat outside in the good weather, it was lovely. The cob salad and jacket potato were just right.

As a meat eater, I was surprised by how much I enjoyed the food here! The flavours are so delicate and vibrant. Perfect for a relaxed catch-up with friends. The mushroom bao buns were a real highlight.

A nice little spot near the beach. The staff are always so friendly, which makes it a relaxing place to stop. I’ve tried their paninis and the hot chocolate is really good. They were very helpful about my nut allergy, too.

Great coffee, quick service. Perfect for a fast break. The walk through the gift shop is a bit odd though.

The flat white was really good, one of the best I've had. The seating was comfortable too, which made for a relaxing stop.

Had my son's first birthday in their function room. The staff were really on top of things, handled all the little details without us having to ask. Made for a relaxed afternoon for us parents.

The Sunday carvery was a nice, easy lunch. The Yorkshire puddings were huge! I liked the variety of vegetables. It was a comfortable spot to sit and enjoy a meal without any fuss.

Great little find for a casual lunch with mates. The food was tasty and didn't break the bank.

Great spot for gluten-free options. Their bread was so good I had to grab a loaf to take home. Nice and relaxed after checking out the hall opposite.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. They didn't mind at all when I asked about a dairy-free option for the main course, and their suggestion for a starter was spot on. Made the whole evening much easier.

Love that they're dog-friendly! Had the avocado toast with a poached egg, and the coffee was spot on. Staff were really welcoming, made it feel like a cosy neighbourhood spot. Will definitely be back with my pup.

The pastries are huge and so soft, like they just came out of the oven. I love that they're always trying new flavour ideas, keeps it interesting. My only tiny gripe is they can sell out of the popular ones quite early.

Nice outdoor seating, really relaxed. They had a few gluten-free options which was handy. Prices seemed fair for what you get.

The halloumi wrap is really good, fresh and flavourful. Coffee's a decent size too. It's just a nice, easy spot to be. Service was quick when we needed it.

Coffee's good, staff are friendly and helpful. They allow dogs which is a plus for me. Convenient location for a quick stop.

The owner's homemade cakes are a real treat. Tried the ginger cake and carrot cake, both were so flavourful and moist. The cosy little corner with the mismatched chairs is a nice spot to enjoy them.

Decent portion sizes, and the curry sauce was spot on. I paired it with a crisp lager, which worked surprisingly well. Prices are fair. A good, no-fuss lunch.

Loved the lively buzz here on a rainy morning. It's the kind of place that just feels right when the weather's grey. Grabbed a coffee and a pastry, sat by the window watching the world go by. The warmth inside was a lovely contrast to the drizzle outside. ☕️
