Popped in for a quick lunch. That beetroot burger was a solid choice - juicy, good flavour. Decent portion for the price too. Didn't expect much but was pleasantly surprised.

Been coming here for years, and the Amarone is still a proper deal. Always order a bottle when we're downstairs for something low-key. Just hits the spot every time.

The Sunday family assortment was generous and fresh. Loved that the chef came out to check on us.

The steak and kidney pudding was a lovely, hearty choice. Portions are generous, which I appreciate. The booths are quite roomy and comfortable, made it easy to relax. Service was friendly and efficient.

Been coming here for years. Their fish and chips are solid - crispy batter, good portion. Quick service, which is a plus. They do gluten-free, my wife appreciates that.

The outdoor bit is nice, sits you right in the lane. They had some old tunes playing, which was a nice touch. The aubergine dish for veggies was good, flavour was just right, not stodgy at all.

Really liked the vibe here, and they were so welcoming to our dog. The portions are huge, honestly couldn't finish my plate. Food was spot on, just a lovely spot for a relaxed meal.

The steak was cooked exactly as requested, a proper medium-rare. Juicy, with a good sear on the outside. That's what I come for. The pizzas and pasta looked fine, but I was focused on my plate.

Authentic doner and shish kebabs, just like I remember from my trips to Turkey. Owners are genuinely welcoming, which is a nice touch. Portions are generous for the price. Good spot for a quick, satisfying meal.

The beef cheek was cooked for hours, so tender it fell apart with a fork. The red wine sauce had a deep, rich flavour that wasn't too heavy. Portion was decent for the price. That's what I came for.

The free starter and tea were a nice surprise. It’s a small thing, but it does make a difference. The starter was a simple soup, but it was warm and tasty. Good way to start the meal.

The lamb shank was fall-off-the-bone tender, with a rich red wine sauce that wasn't too heavy. Portion was generous for the price. The mashed potatoes were creamy and buttery, a perfect match.

Food came out fast even with a full house. Staff were on it, no stress. Just what you need when you’re hungry and the place is buzzing.

The location of this restaurant is perfect for a relaxing meal after shopping. The outdoor seating is a great option, and the seasonal menu offers a nice variety of seafood and non-seafood dishes.

Great spot, clearly popular. The staff were happy to tweak a dish for us, which was nice. Their wine list has some interesting local options too.

The beachfront tables are the best part. Grabbed a quick drink there after work, the view really hits the spot. Perfect for a fast unwind.

Always a nice spot. I appreciate that the menu clearly marks the fresh, seasonal ingredients. The grilled vegetable plate was a standout - you could really taste the quality of the produce. It's a good idea to book ahead, as it gets quite busy.
