Lunch at the pub was nice. The egg Benedict was spot on, and the seafood tagliatelle was a solid choice too. Decent prices for the area.

Great food, and staff, big mention to Adrian and John both of whom were very helpful and attentive. All meals were beautifully presented and great quality. Well worth a visit.

The Zinger sandwich is my new favourite. The chicken was so crispy on the outside and stayed really juicy inside. A server saw me looking at the menu and suggested it – glad I listened!

Been coming here for years, and the vegan menu is a solid move. Keeps things consistent for my partner. The vegan pizza tonight was spot on, same as last time.

The steak and ale pie. The pastry is crisp all the way through, no sogginess. The filling is generous, good chunks of meat in a rich gravy. Had it with the mash, which was fine, but the pie itself is the main event. A proper, filling meal.

Every visit to Miller and Carter has been a great experience. The service from Fifi and the quality of the wagyu steak cooked by TC were exceptional, making it a place I look forward to returning to.

Nice walk along the stream. The view from the top is the best part. Some sections are quite steep and the path is a bit rocky, so wear proper shoes. Good for a local stroll.

The beer garden is a gem! So much space, comfy benches, and they even have a screen for the match. Just right for a summer night.

Not a food pub, but their pork pies are spot on. The beer garden is huge and mostly covered, which saved us when it started drizzling. A solid choice for a pie and a pint.

The set menu is excellent quality. We'v e been before and the food is always high quality & very tasty. Staff are friendly & efficient too

The lamb chops were spot on. Perfectly cooked, really flavourful. Got them during a quick lunch break, service was fast. Exactly what I needed.

Staff were really upfront about the kitchen setup when I asked about halal options. They explained there could be cross-contamination, which I appreciated. Good to know before ordering.

The staff were lovely, they even brought out a birthday cake with proper cutlery without us having to ask.

Birthday dinner with friends was so much fun. The staff were really friendly and made sure we had a great time.

The veggie breakfast was lovely, really fresh ingredients. Nice to see they could swap a quorn sausage for an egg without any fuss.

The lasagne special today was so comforting. Staff were lovely and chatty, which made the whole thing feel really warm. Much cosier vibe than that other spot down the road.

Really liked the dessert selection here. The cakes were fresh, you could tell they were made that day. The ice cream options were good too, lots of fruit-based ones. A nice little spot for something sweet.

The vegan doughnuts were a nice surprise - six different kinds! Appreciated the variety of plant milks too.

Been coming here for years, and the service is always spot on. Gerald and Durim remember my usual order. It's that kind of consistency that keeps me coming back.

Senior meal deal. Haddock was superb, batter cooked just right. Chips fluffy inside, crisp outside. Strong tea. Friendly service. Solid value.
