The wood-fired pizza had a thin, crispy crust that didn't go soggy. Toppings were super fresh, especially the tomatoes. A solid choice for a casual bite.

Good buffet for the price. The seats are comfy, and they keep the food nice and hot.

The roast beef was exactly what I wanted. Tender, with a rich gravy that had depth. The Yorkshire pudding was light and crisp. Just a solid, comforting plate of food.

Popped in for a late lunch, just wanted something simple. The steak pie was proper hearty, the mash was smooth. Went down a treat with a pint of stout. Exactly what you want from a pub.

Nice spot for a family meal. Everything arrived hot and tasty, even with a big group. The pod was a bit snug but fine for us.

That lamb curry was something else. The spices were so fragrant and the meat just fell apart. Honestly, it's ruined other curries for me now. The whole place had a really nice, relaxed vibe too.

Their granary sandwiches are a real winner. The bread is thick and nutty, and they pack it with fillings. Had the tuna and coleslaw today – really hit the spot.

Solid family breakfast spot. Food's consistently good, the team makes you feel welcome. My kids' pancakes were spot on, not too sweet. Coffee's decent. It's a reliable choice when you just want a hassle-free morning out.

The chu chi pla was the star. It had that deep, authentic flavour that takes you right back to a street food stall in Bangkok. Generous portion too. Just a lovely, fresh meal.

Was in the area for work and stopped by. The staff had me laughing a few times, which was a nice change of pace. Food was solid. Might swing by again if I'm passing through.

The food's solid, and the wine list has some decent, affordable options that pair well. Everyone enjoyed their meal.

Great sourdough and pea hummus to kick things off. Daily specials are spot on. Everything local, even the ale. Warm welcome too. Solid spot.

Been coming here for years. It's the one place where you can actually hear your mates talk. Quiet, no blaring music. Just a proper pub for a proper chat.

Charlene was so lovely! Made our girls' night feel extra special. The pizza buffet is a solid choice for a catch-up - loads of fresh slices and the salad bar is endless. Just a bit noisy when it gets busy, but that's the vibe.

Been coming here for years, and the naga lamb never disappoints. Just the right amount of heat.

Stopped in for a coffee. Their cinnamon bun was the real deal—soft, gooey, and not too sweet. Mocha was solid. Place feels a bit plain, but the bun alone is worth the stop.

Been coming here for years, the weekday banquet is always a solid choice. Portions are just right, nothing fancy but cooked properly every time. Staff are friendly, they remember you.

The ramen was solid, the chilli squid had a nice kick. Service was quick, no complaints there. What really stood out was the sake list - had a glass that paired surprisingly well with the rich broth. A nice touch for a casual spot.

Had the BBQ platter with friends. The beef was nicely marbled, prawns were fresh. Squid had a good chew without being rubbery. Place was packed, mostly with Korean families - always a reassuring sight.

The lamb biryani was really flavourful and the lamb was so tender. It arrived piping hot with delivery, which was great. The papadum was nice and crisp too. I do wish there were more fresh herbs or a side salad with it, just to balance the richness a bit.

Been coming here for years, and it’s the starters that keep me coming back. Always get a few to share—the portions are just right for trying different things without filling up. It’s become our little ritual.

The restaurant has a 'buzz' and people looked happy. This is the second time I've been and the atmosphere has been great both times. There is nothing better than full tables to give you confidence you've chosen the right place to eat. The waiting staff were working very hard. They were all brilliant. They were polite, knowledgeable, very personable but also very professional. We were an eclectic bunch of friends and our tastes varied from fish and chips, through sea bass, vegetable curry to Aubergine Gratin. Everything was delicious, cooked to perfection and presented beautifully. We rounded the meal off with deserts - pavlova and fruit crumble - ten out of ten was one comment! All in all it was a brilliant occasion.

Been coming here for years, and the beer selection is always solid. Prices haven’t really crept up either, which is nice. Just a reliable spot for a pint after work.

Been going here for years. The new owners are doing a good job. They put on family stuff now, which is nice for the neighbourhood. Had a wood-fired pizza last week, proper tasty.
