The Chef selects the most beautiful ingredients and brings them to their full potential. You can see and taste the freshness of the seafood. The wine list was extensive and offered something compelling for each dish. Lovers of Champagne, in particular, will be in heaven with the available choices. Service was friendly and very knowledgeable. I left the evening feeling satisfied, yet dreaming about the opportunity to return again.
