TheForkUserThe food was very special. The menu presented many choices including vegetarian. We choice the classic and we weren’t disappointed. The chef greeted us too and we were happy to discuss his special offerings. Farm to table as he makes his own balsamic vinegar and he has a single specialty farm for the meats. Menu was of local seasonal dishes, poached egg in Parmigano cream with truffle, seriously good, Morel risotto, perfection, and Guinea fowl with white truffle, again sublime. Good wine list and sensible recommendation of a local white wine. Well worth the trip to Italy just for this. Fortunately a few more places to try while we are here.Mo Pizza
