The staff was very helpful with my lactose intolerance, they made a pizza without mozzarella. A nice touch.

Gelato was a solid quick bite. Good selection, decent price. Got pistachio and stracciatella. Scoops were generous. Perfect for a hot day.

Been coming here for years, and the gelato's always on point. That lemon and ginger combo? Still as good and refreshing as I remember. It's the one thing I keep coming back for.

Cappuccino was really good, and the gelato portion was generous for the price. The staff were friendly. It’s a nice spot to sit for a while.

The food here is pretty good and feels clean, which was a nice change after some heavy meals. The ingredients seem fresh. It's a bit on the pricier side, but the quality is decent. Having Wi-Fi was a nice plus.

They heat up the slices, which is a nice touch. Got my pepperoni late after work, quick and easy. Open hours are a plus.

The cocktails were spot on, and they brought out some small bites to go with them. Good spot for a casual drink.

The sandwiches are really good. I appreciate the high-quality olive oil they use, you can taste the freshness in every bite. It makes such a difference for a simple lunch. The staff is nice too.

The Michelin-starred bistro offers an impeccable dining experience with classic brasserie dishes executed to perfection. The tiramisu is a must-try, adding a sweet surprise to the meal.

If you're looking for authentic Chinese cuisine in Florence, this place is a must-visit. The fried rice and duck with mushrooms were standout dishes!

What a great restaurant! The food selection, preparation, quality and taste is wonderful. The service provided by staff who are enthusiastic, knowledgeable and apparently happy in their roles leads to an excellent ambience that adds to the enjoyment of the meal.Great Tuscan food, with a proper wow factor.

Lovely restaurant. At first glance the location can put you off but the food quality and service was wonderful. The house wine was quite great, and the Fiorentina was cooked perfectly. Definitely an establishment to visit again.

Loved the vibe here. The owners are super friendly, had a nice chat with them. The smoked cheese on the platter was fantastic. Good selection of wines too, all for a very fair price.

Here is a restaurant that made my group of 8 very welcome, took time to seat us and provide time for drinks before ordering. The food was fresh, good sized portions and well cooked and a selection of wines to choose from. We had anti pasti, beef and pasta dishes, all were enjoyable. The location is sufficiently away from the Duomo area to be calm and an excellent taste of Florence.

Staff was very helpful when I had an issue with my phone. They let me use theirs to make a local call. Service like that is appreciated. Food was decent, but that assistance really stood out.

Solid Italian cappuccino and a fresh croissant. Exactly what I needed for a quick bite. The outdoor spot was quiet and perfect for a fast morning coffee. Got my order in under a minute. Simple and hits the spot.

The indoor seating is small but cozy, perfect for a quick lunch break. It was a comfortable spot to relax for a bit while I was out and about. The location is very convenient.

The staff here are so lovely and really make you feel looked after. They remembered our drink orders from last time, which was a nice touch. Makes it a great spot for catching up with friends.

Stopped here on our way into Chianti. The staff was really helpful in picking a local wine. Food was solid, a nice welcome to the area.

The coffee is the main draw. A proper Italian espresso, rich and smooth with a perfect crema. The pastry was fine, but that coffee is what I come back for.

Been coming here for years, the coffee is always top notch. Had a large black cup this morning, just right. One of the best in the area for sure.

A lovely spot for a healthy lunch. The Tuscan salad was so fresh, the greens crisp and the tomatoes tasted like they were just picked. I appreciate that they use quality olive oil. The staff is friendly too.

Greta remembered my usual order without me saying a word. That's the kind of service you don't see much. She just gets it right.
