love is blueWe had been wanting to go to Soto's for a while, and when our double date plans fell through, we went as a family of four (kids 9 and 14) and we all loved our experience there. The setting was perfect - cozy, warm. Our waitress was especially attentive. Everything was delicious - we all had different types of pasta. The best part was the $6 family wine glasses and dessert - donuts and chocolate budino. We will definitely be back!
