Always a pleasure when Michael, Peter, or Lily are working. They remember your usual order and just have a way of making you feel looked after. It's that personal touch that keeps me coming back.

Stumbled upon this little gem. The cocktail menu is a nice mix of classics and some really interesting house creations. Staff were friendly and knew their stuff.

Selected for Bars in London

A lovely tucked-away pub off Piccadilly. I stopped in for a quick drink and was impressed by their selection of spirits. The gin I had was very smooth, and they had a few interesting local options on the menu. A nice, quiet find in a busy area.

The mulled wine was the star. Cosy Christmas lights everywhere made it feel so warm. Staff were really on it, topping up our glasses. A lovely festive vibe.

Cosy spot, always busy. Managed to get a table without a booking on a Friday, which was a win. The fire was lit, made it feel proper snug. Pint was decent, nothing fancy. Just what you need after a long week.

Steak pie was solid, proper filling. Drinks were fine. Good spot for a quick dinner after work. Service was efficient, got the bill quickly. Would stop by again if in the area.

Francisco's service is always spot on. Been coming for years and he's consistently attentive.

The fish and chips were spot on. The batter was so crisp, it had a lovely crunch with every bite, and the fish inside was beautifully flaky. Just a classic done right.

The sticky toffee pudding was the highlight. That warm, soft cake with the cold caramel ice cream... the textures just worked. A lovely, comforting end to the meal.

The staff were so friendly and attentive, really made us feel at home. Drinks came quickly and they checked in on us just the right amount. A nice touch.

Solid pub for a business meet-up. Central bar is convenient for quick pints. Fuller's ales on tap are good, as expected. The various nooks offer some privacy for conversations. Atmosphere is cozy, not too loud. Does the job well.

The host Ana was so lovely, she found us a great spot for our group. Daisy even brought our drinks over from the bar, which was a nice touch.

Classic British pub, always buzzing. We grabbed a table in the quieter back dining area, which was nice. The fish and chips were spot on - crispy batter, proper chunky chips. Pint was good too. A solid choice for a reliable meal.

Spotted this place near the palace. Lunch stop. Staff were really good with my food allergy - had me check a tablet and told the chef. Steak and ale pie was exactly what I wanted. Solid.

The downstairs cellar bar is a real find. Much more intimate than the main pub, perfect for a quiet business drink. Good selection of local ales. The three-level layout is interesting, but the stairs are a bit narrow.

Popped in for a quiet drink, ended up staying for hours. The DJ's set was just right, not too loud, perfect for a midweek unwind. Bartenders remembered my usual, which was a nice touch.

I pop in for a full English at lunch sometimes. It's nice and quiet in there, just the right kind of spot to unwind for a bit.

The burgers here are juicy and full of flavor, making it a great choice for a casual meal. The staff is attentive and polite, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Popped in for a quick bite with mates after a wander around Putney. It's literally right by the tube, so dead easy to meet up. We shared a few small plates and the halloumi fries were a proper hit. Nice spot for a casual catch-up.

Decent spot for a pint. Two pool tables, not too crowded. Prices are fair. Just a chilled place to hang out.

The fish and chips. That's the thing. The batter had a proper crunch, not soggy at all. The cod inside was flaky and fresh. A solid portion, too. Just a classic done well.

Our server Asneha was great. She suggested the lamb chops and they were spot on. Just the right amount of attentive without hovering. Made a casual dinner out feel really nice.

Popped in before the theatre. Food was hot, service quick - got us sorted in good time. Upstairs area is cosy, a bit cramped maybe, but fine for a quick bite. Did the job.

The bartenders were quick and friendly. The drink menu had a good selection, but the cocktails felt a bit pricey for the portion.

The club sandwich. That's the move. The bacon was crisp, the turkey wasn't dry at all, and the bread had a good toast on it. Just a solid, classic version of the sandwich.

The cold beer was just right on a hot day, and the AC was a lifesaver. Food was tasty, service was spot on. A solid spot to cool off and have a decent meal.

The steak and ale pie arrived super quick and steaming hot. That rich, savoury filling was just what I needed on a chilly evening. The ale pairing was a nice touch, made it feel proper cosy.

Popped in for a quiet solo lunch. The staff were genuinely warm, which was nice. They had a decent by-the-glass wine list, and the server suggested a crisp white that went perfectly with my fish. Made the whole thing very relaxed.

Perfect for a quick bite during the game. Lots of space, so no waiting for a table. The outdoor area is a nice touch when it's warm. Gets the job done.

Love the front garden for a chilled catch-up with mates. Midweek vibes are spot on, especially with the happy hour drinks. The bar team kept things moving, so we never had to wait long. A really nice spot to just hang out.
