TheForkUserMy wife and I have been in France for about 10 days and have not had a better dinner than we had at Le Gourmand. The dining room is quite charming. The hostess also served as server and did it all seamlessly. She is also the wife of the chef who came out at the end of the evening to break bread friends. The food was quite perfect, from the three complementary dishes served as amuses bouche to the perfectly cooked and served main courses. We have eaten French food for years and in many parts of France and elsewhere but have rarely had so perfect a meal.L'Auberge des Vallees du Perche
