The terrace view is gorgeous and that cream cake is seriously good—light and not too sweet. Service gets a bit slow when it's packed, but worth it for the scenery.

The guy who runs the place actually took a few minutes to explain how they started the restaurant. That was a nice touch. Food was solid, nothing crazy but I left full. The seating area near the window is a bit cramped though, could barely move my chair. Still, I'd come back if I'm in the area again.

The poppy seed one was a bit disappointing—tasted more like vanilla with seeds than actual poppy seed. The other flavors I tried were solid though.

Stopped by for a beer after work. Tried their local craft selection—solid, nothing fancy but well kept. Staff was friendly enough, didn't have to wait long. Place has a decent vibe for a quick drink. Not the kind of spot I'd go out of my way for, but if you're in the area, it does the job.

The waiter actually knew his stuff—even explained the local non-alcoholic beer like it mattered. Sea bass in parchment was the highlight, flaky and properly seasoned. Place felt calm for a Tuesday evening, no rush. Just wish the bread came warmer.

Friendly staff, quick service. Dog friendly too, which was a plus. Solid spot for a quick coffee stop.

Stopped by on a layover and grabbed a bratwurst—still as good as the first time I had it. Owner recognized me, which was a nice touch.

The view of the lake from the terrace is the whole reason to come here. Sat with a coffee just watching the light hit the water below the castle. Food was fine, nothing crazy, but the setting does all the work. A bit pricier for what you get, but you're paying for that spot.

Stopped by for a quick drink last week. It's a proper local bar, nothing fancy. Beer was cold, service was fast. Place is a bit worn but that's part of the charm I guess. Fine if you're in the area and want a quiet pint. Not somewhere I'd cross town for though.
