TheForkUserThe restaurant is in a quite unique location inside an equestrian center. Classic Italian restaurant with a decor that confirm the authenticity of the whole experience. For my opinion, they make the best home made pasta ever. Perfect texture, tasty and not greasy at all. We went there for lunch, I had tagliatelle with culatello and I’m asparagus, my wife tortellini ricotta. Both were EXCELLENT. On top the lady gave us a 2 euros discount, just as nice gesture. .We left the restaurant happy and satisfied. We will totally come back.

The restaurant was very busy on a Monday evening in September so I recommend you reserve a table. A fantastic experience and we will come back on our next visit.

TheForkUserWe booked the restaurant for Sat night at 8pm. It was busy but the service from the staff was excellent. They were knowledgeable and attentive and explained the Italian dishes and recommended wine. We had the pasta first course and then the chicken and the pigeon which were delicious. Right in the centre and a stones throw from our hotel Metropole. Which also is recommended. Defo coming back.

Menu was of local seasonal dishes, poached egg in Parmigano cream with truffle, seriously good, Morel risotto, perfection, and Guinea fowl with white truffle, again sublime. Good wine list and sensible recommendation of a local white wine. Well worth the trip to Italy just for this. Fortunately a few more places to try while we are here.

The Chef selects the most beautiful ingredients and brings them to their full potential. You can see and taste the freshness of the seafood. The wine list was extensive and offered something compelling for each dish. Lovers of Champagne, in particular, will be in heaven with the available choices. Service was friendly and very knowledgeable. I left the evening feeling satisfied, yet dreaming about the opportunity to return again. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for the best seafood in Bologna!
