TheForkUserThe setting for this restaurant is excellent. I was hoping for the food to match, as being local I am looking for a go to quality restaurant. Unfortunately it did not match expectations.The food is not subtle and tends to be large portions of a few ingredients. For example my main course consisted of a piece of coquelet and numerous small potatoes. To give an idea of the quantity I ate as many as I could manage but still left 12.The wine (Chateau de Berne) was very enjoyable and good value.I wish I had found a top class restaurant and could have written a good review but the food does not match the location.Le Bistrot du Château de Berne
