TheForkUserWe decided to have lunch outside, though a very hot summer day, and we had great time in the backyard, thanks to the shadow of the trees and fresh air. Maybe a little difficult to reach, this deep-country restaurant deserves to be found. Exquisite dishes in their finest form, very refined place.
TheForkUserI had two starters plus dessert. Both starters, foie gras and ham with melon, were both fine and the chocolate dessert was simply delicious. The staff were friendly and efficient, and I got to meet the chef.
TheForkUserI ate twice at Brend'Oliv during a recent visit to Nancy. The food, Parmentier d'agneau, was so delicious that I returned three nights later. The second dinner, lamb shank confit, was even better. The staff were friendly, efficient and accommodating. The servings were so substantial that, alas, I had no room for dessert. The only minus point is that price for the Parmentier d'agneau was incorrect (lower bu Eur 5) in the English menu.
TheForkUserThe food was absolutely delicious, and the service was excellent. We truly enjoyed our lunch break and appreciated the warm hospitality. Highly recommend!
TheForkUserConsidering the price, this is THE best meal we ever had in Europe! Food is extremely delicious, service is first rate, environment is beautiful and comfortable. And the location is also convenient.
TheForkUserIt was a good experience, the services was great, the lady who served us for tonight was very polite and even if she wore a mask , I can feel she’s happy to serve the costumer, food was really good and the quantity is just right. And it’s nice presentation, for the price and the quality of food are great! However , the temperature inside was hot.!
TheForkUserA little bit outside of the city center of Nancy this restaurant was a great find! Delicious Indian dishes at a very affordable price level. We visited the restaurant on a Sunday and it was very quiet. Service was friendly but a bit busy with take away couriers. Interior of the restaurant is quite simple but in line with overall price / performance.
TheForkUserThe atmosphere brings you in Tibet, the service was quick and efficient despite the crowded room, the food was delicious and flavourful. The price matched perfectly the portion size and the quality sans chichi but but tasteful. For sure a restaurant to try if you wanna know the taste of Tibetan food !
TheForkUserA good place for a small lunch. mainly high tables with few low (normal) tables, so come early if you don't want to lunch on a bar seat. We liked their special offer with a salad and a small pizza for just some 10€. Lots of nice icecream to choose for sweets, or a great Mousse au Chocolat. All together great value for money.
TheForkUserIt was a lovely experience with my parents. Food was really tasty and everyone there were pretty nice. I recommend!
TheForkUserWonderful evening! The food was amazing, and the service was even better. The staff is extremely kind and friendly, which really made the experience stand out.The only thing that could be improved was the steak. Unfortunately, it was a bit tough and difficult to chew. Everything else was fantastic, though, and I look forward to returning soon!
TheForkUserExcellent Mezze! For 50€ you get 6 Mezze dishes (your choice out of some 12) for two people. they all were really very well done, the cold as the warm dishes. For sweet we shared a Tiramisu with Halva... an invention of the owner and really worth the try.The location is not all too exiting, with few small tables outside in the road, a longer dining room when you enter, a small darkish dining room downstairs and a small courtyard upstairs, all with lots of plastic flowers... But never mind the venue, the food is excellent and the place therefore warmly recommended.
TheForkUserIt’s really lovely and warm welcoming restaurant. It was a pleasure to eat there
