Stopped by for dinner after reading about the crispy chicken&mdash;it actually lived up to the hype. Skin was properly crackly, butter sauce rich but not heavy. Apple pie with vanilla sauce tasted homemade, warm and comforting. Place is a bit tucked away from the main street, but worth finding. Portions decent for the price.

The mortadella-pistachio-burrata pizza was the one that got me. Crust had that perfect crisp outside, airy inside. Toppings tasted properly fresh.

The croquetas were perfect&mdash;creamy inside, crispy outside. Tortilla de patatas had that slightly runny center I love. Gambas al ajillo arrived sizzling, plenty of garlic. Chef clearly knows what they&#39;re doing. Service was fine, nothing special, but honestly the food did all the talking. I&#39;d go back just for those prawns.

Loved the truffle pasta &mdash; that sauce was something else. Wish I&rsquo;d ordered a second plate. Place got busy fast, but worth it.

The fondue was honestly some of the best I&#39;ve had. Cozy cabin vibe inside. Portion size hit the spot after skiing all day.

The Arosa R&ouml;sti was the reason I came and honestly it didn&rsquo;t disappoint. Big portion, crispy outside, soft inside. Price felt fair for what you got, especially for a tourist spot. Wine was decent too. Only thing is the place gets a bit cramped when it&rsquo;s busy, but I&rsquo;d still go back.
