Loved the vibe here. The music was just right, not too loud, and the decor had this cool, lived-in feel. Perfect for a chill evening with friends.

Decent spot for a daytime pint, the drink specials are pretty good. Downstairs bar is spacious, fine for watching a game.

Popped in for a quiet pint and stayed for the live jazz. The house red was surprisingly decent for a pub, a solid Rioja that went nicely with the bar snacks. The music was a bit loud for conversation, but it created a great vibe.

The bottomless brunch here is fantastic! Jess and Josephine provided exceptional service, ensuring our drinks were always topped up. Highly recommend for a fun outing!

Been to a few Spoons, but this one's got a wider beer choice. The fish and chips were spot on, too. Prices felt a bit kinder on the wallet, which is always a plus.

The outdoor area is really nice, especially with the screen. The live music is a decent mix. Drinks are fine, though the snack selection could be a bit bigger. A pretty good spot overall.

I had a wonderful experience at this lovely pub/restaurant. The fish and chips were the best I've had in months, and the mushroom and halloumi burger was equally impressive.

Good choice of beers, and the live music was decent. I liked the vibe here - it's a proper spot for a pint and some tunes. The lighting was just right, not too bright.

A proper pub feel here, the kind that's getting harder to find. They've kept the old wooden bar and the lighting is just right - not too bright. It's a comfortable spot to settle in for a quiet pint.

The John Brodie is a fantastic local pub with a great selection of drinks and an extensive food menu. The staff are always accommodating and make you feel welcome, even bringing treats for our dog!

Nice spot to sit outside and watch the world go by on a sunny afternoon. The outdoor chairs were comfy, which made it easy to relax. Just a simple, pleasant place for a casual drink.

Outstanding! We were well looked after from start to finish especially with respect to allergens. A massive thank you to Natalia. Thank you also to Lee and Judah. Lots of food and drink choices. Would definitely recommend.

Love the vibe here! It's a cafe-bar with music, but feels totally unique. Perfect for catching up with friends over a drink. The playlist was spot on, not too loud to talk. Only thing is the seating is a bit snug, but we made it work.

The vintage jukebox is so cool! It actually takes old 50p coins and plays 80s hits. Gave it a go while waiting for our mains, felt like a fun little time capsule.
