TheForkUserAlthough I have lived in the area for 16 years, I had no idea that the monastery at Saint-Mont was a hotel. The building has been beautifully restored and the views are fantastic. The restaurant served us an absolutely delicious set menu, which we greatly enjoyed, and the service was very attentive. I would highly recommend it.L'Inde
