This has been one of my favourite restaurants for over 25 years. Menu is small but well-chosen, with good local wines to match. Beautiful garden adds to the ambience, and it always feels as though you’re joining a house party!

Great welcome, great setting, one of the rare restaurant serving fresh fish from the catch at Grau du Roi, the Turbot was delicious and perfectly cooked à la plancha, starter (ceviche de rascaille) quite unique and very difficult to prepare, the chef is making a lot of effort to prepare great and fresh dishes.
Moment ultra cool
Thank you again for all these moments of sharing and conviviality. A page is turning, but life goes on. We wish you the best for the coming years 😉👍
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ For over twelve years, we've had the pleasure of frequenting the Marie-Rosé restaurant in Aigues-Mortes, and each visit is a delight. The refined and authentic cuisine showcases quality local produce. The warm welcome makes us feel right at home. The garden is full of almost tropical plants and flowers, adding a bucolic touch. The wine list, selected with love and passion, perfectly complements the experience. A special shout-out to Chef Alain for the perfectly cooked turbot à la plancha. Far from the tourist traps, Marie-Rosé offers a sincere and generous culinary experience. We highly recommend it!
